Starbucks Market Market — Restaurant in Taguig

I'm never going back there because they double charged me last February. I used my card to pay and they said it didn't go through so they asked me for cash payment and so the balance was both deducted from my card and cash. They told me it normally just returns back to the card if it rly doesn't push through, they even asked for my email. Eventually i gave it a month to wait and see if my 600 would return, but it didn't. I came back to the branch and they told me they didn't get the amount despite not asking what time or the exact details of my transaction was in. Its a really strange and unusual way to sell a product and serve a customer . A regular size ( which is medium right?) is called a grande !? ok so what is large ? And what is small ? The receipt does not reflect what is purchased by the name And not written in the cup correctly when there is a place for it . So what the whole world shld know the starbucks way ? Come away from the counter confused about what was bought and what size . Then have to ask for sugars and stirrers ...😳🙄 What kind of business is this ? Poor customer satisfaction 👎. god help me...

Bed bugs on one of their couch. Reported it to their manager. She gave me voucher for a free drink, an antiseptic to clean my arm, and she also offered to take me to a clinic for a check up. I told them to call for a cleaning service or they can just replace the chair. They immediately put a sign not to sit on it. Anyway, good response from the crew.
