J.CO Donuts & Coffee, Market! Market! — Restaurant in Taguig

One of the busiest J.COs around esp at late afternoon. Prepare to wait awhile because there are actually 2 queues going on at any time --- dine-in/takeout and delivery. People love to order by Grab and foodpanda.

Often donuts get swiped by advance orders that once your turn is up, what you wanted may not be available and you have to wait for it to come out again.

I was able to order takeout by queue, but before I could pay for my order I had to wait around 30 minutes. They only had 2 cashiers and one was dedicated to deliveries.

Perhaps JCO needs to build a cloud kitchen just for deliveries as they are really popular, because I think this branch unfortunately makes dining in really troublesome.

I wouldn't complain anything about the quality or the taste or the promo. I had one disturbing encounter at the store during the closing time.

Been here a lot of times and during the closing time they throw all the remaining donuts to trash.. I was puzzled and called the manager to ask why can't they give it to someone who are in need of something to eat.. they said it's the policy. It's really bad to see a good reputated company waste food all over Philippines while there are a lot of people find it difficult to eat once.

I would suggest a last minute sale or something or a discounted sale which would encourage customers to buy more and won't...

Normally JCo is awesome but today's experience was horrible! Went in for a quick bite and it took forever! There were 7 -10 staff on the line and it took about 10min to complete my order of 5 donuts and 3 drinks. The donut case was not refilled in a timely manner when available sticks were on hand.The cashier did not have change for me and decided to chit chat before asking me for another bill. While I'm placing my order the staff seemed to be paying attention to her coworkers instead of my order. My iced tea tasted like I'm drinking the syrup.
