McDonald's Cayetano Blvd — Restaurant in Taguig

My experience from this store is worst, I ordered food for takeout and for dining, the large cap Orange juice for take out that was for my son was spilled after I got home, everything in the top box including the phone, picture and documents for the MC is wet included the flag phone that I have, also specially the Cheese burger and Large Fries that we ordered, the crew didn’t give me plastic for the Large Drink, if they gave me the plastic without asking since I said that its for take out this incident wouldn’t happened, I said already that this drink is for take out but the crew did not give me the plastic for it so it’s fine for me because I thought there is no plastic available that time I can only see paper bag that was use for my take out order. After I got home everything in the top box os wet all the documents for motorcycle and my wallet and bills is included my glove and some T-shirt, I called and reported it to write us to compensate me for and contact the store but what happen is the store manager on shift is blaming me for that because I didn’t ask for plastic bag for large cap orange juice, I reported it again that the manager on shift is very rude, I called the write us again to report the manager, as per them the issue was resolved and the manager apologized on me, I didn’t accept any apology that time because she ended the call right away, I was just asking if what they can do if the phone is not working. We were admiring the drive thru location of this mcdo. The kids just finished a vball game at 10am. the kids did not bring baon for lunch so this drivethru mcdo was perfect location. Get lunch and bring to school for classes . We ordered 1x set meal of 2pcs mushroom pepper steak (no egg ubos na raw) , 2x set meal crispy chicken sandwich w reg fries&drinks , 1 ala carte crispy chix sandwich and 1 ala carte hashbrown. After getting our order, we received 3 bags of food incl drinks. on hindsight I saw semblance of sandwich with the fries. We left right away and was traversing the other side when we discovered that we were lacking 2 crispy chic sandwiches from the meal. Received only 1 sandwich. Checked also the receipt if we paid for it and confirmed it was punched in. So u-turned (thru the traffic), went back for the 2 sandwiches. Hurriedly, we left again ( coz the whole point of the drive thru was express). Alas, more disppointment, our 2pcs mushroom pepper steak had only 1piece in it. We paid for 2pcs. 😳😠 we were short changed 3 of 3 set meals today.

Beware, Check your drive thru items thoroughly before leaving...

I ordered 1 piece chicken breakfast and 1 cheesy egg muffin. I was assisted by the male cashier, but he didn’t have change, so I waited for him to get some. Since no change was available, he ended up giving me excess change instead. After that, I realized that he might not have punched in my order in the POS, because I ended up waiting for almost 30 minutes. When I followed up with the staff serving the orders, one of the female crew members was very rude. Even while I was still near the cashier area, I could already see and hear her unpleasant reactions toward other customers. I politely asked her for a follow-up on my order, but she wouldn’t even look at me. I repeated my request, but she reacted the same way. If you don’t feel like working, it’s better not to come in at all, because your attitude and behavior affect your entire team and store.
