Pho Hoa/MyThai - Neo Seven — Restaurant in Taguig

Very nice ambience. Great decorations and store was clean. Service was attentive and excellent. That’s about all the good. Pho was absolutely terrible. Was not authentic at all. I’ve had Pho almost everywhere on this great planet and this sits at #2 for worst pho worldwide. Honestly it taste like pre-made Pho you can get at any supermarket to cook at home. Highly disappointed. Just don’t do it!! Fried spicy calamari was also terrible. No taste and more batter than squid. Viet Ice Coffee was really watered down. (And I’m someone who drink at least 2-3 Ca Phe Sua Da per day at home) The fried rice was meh. Shrimp would have been good if it was fresh. But it was lukewarm. The pork was good but again somewhat cold. The BEST part of the meal.. was the freshly made lemonade, because it was freshly made! But even that lacked more ice. Overall terrible experience and can not trust the Philippines for their food. Best beaches in the world...

Have visited twice and ordered once via FoodPanda.

It's actually quicker to order from Food Panda than order in the restaurant which should never be the case.

They are also extremely slow at clearing tables from previous diners meaning the next customer is either delayed in getting a table or have to sit with mess on their table.

All in all the waiter service here is probably the worst I have experienced in BGC.

My advice to the management is resource up with your waiting staff and invest in some training/supervision as it does seem a little chaotic. OR maybe start to ask the waiting Grab/FoodPanda drivers to lend a hand in serving food.

Portion sizes are tiny and do not reflect the images in the menu, I ordered Khao Sou which is a soup. And the bowl was half...

Funny that your staff quickly transferred us to a smaller table telling us "madami kasing customers" ( when noone even assisted us where to sit ). Thinking that there's a group that needed to sit from the previous one, despite feeling tired and hungry with our backpacks we shrunk ourselves to a table for two. Have waited for the waiters to take a glance to get our orders, wow have waited for nothing. Ignorance at its finest. I was surprised too that when one male customer sat on the previous seat. None of them even bothered to tell him to transfer just like the way they did to us. To my disappointment we just left the store. Adhere to the the standards you've set and make sure that you could match it with quality service. Feb 2, 2025....
