Adequate food. Super bad service (might be the worst in BGC) Given their price range, you would expect them to atleast be attentive to their customer, but no, not at all.
First off, they got my order wrong. (Asked for an additional prosciutto for my anti pasti, they added and mixed arugula instead). Upon getting the food (they corrected it when I pointed out), no apologies are even uttered. I proceeded with my meal in peace even if I was already a bit frustrated. When I called the waiter to ask for help in the middle of a meal (I was trying to see if I can get a socket as I needed to charge for an incoming call). They gave my receipt instead (which I didnt ask) charging me for my pasta AND the dessert I ordered (which are not yet served). I corrected them saying I needed a place where I can plug in. The first waiter said there isn’t (Only to find later that there is a free table that has a socket) all along. I was able to be transferred to the new table after asking another waiter.
Lastly the affogato (my dessert) was finaly served. I wanted to take a video and told the waiter if I can take it while he pours the coffee. Even if I am sure he heard me, he still proceeded to pour it hastily. I wished I just did it by myself.
I know some of these are small things, but given the fact that this happened during a dead time ( less then 1/4 of the tables are filled), I find it dissappointing that their staff couldnt care less to make the experience at least pleasant, to us, their customers.
I will never go back...

Wild Flour Italian is a popular spot in BGC, and for good reason. The ambience is incredibly welcoming and enticing, with warm lighting, cozy seating, and a display of mouthwatering pastries that will have you drooling as soon as you walk in. The staff is also friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home.
However, while Wild Flour Italian shines in its ambiance and service, I was disappointed with the food. We ordered the burger and pesto pasta, and both dishes were underwhelming. The burger was squishy, the lettuce limp with a patty that tasted like it was made from unseasoned frozen meat. The pesto pasta was also bland and lacked any freshness. The pasta itself was undercooked and oily .
I was surprised by the poor quality of the food, as Wild Flour Italian is known for its excellent bakery items. And indeed, the pastries & bakery items we had were all delicious and fresh.
In addition to the pastries, I was also impressed with the coffee at Wild Flour Italian. The coffee was made with care and was full of flavor. I highly recommend trying a cup of coffee here.
Overall, I would recommend Wild Flour Italian for coffee and pastries, but I would suggest going to another restaurant for food. There are many other great options in BGC.
Here is a summary of my experience:
Ambience: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Pastries: 5/5 Coffee: 5/5 Food: 2/5

Read moreGreat experience and ambience. The staff were friendly, and the weather was lovely. They provided both indoor and outdoor tables, which is splendid considering the current Covid-19 situation. The area is quite open, and traffic isn't too congested. Alfresco dining is not only possible, but also very pleasant.
The service, however, did fall on the slower side. This was to be expected due to the pandemic, though, bear no animosity against it. With that, I wouldn't recommend going here if you're in a rush.
Food was delicious. I would recommend a few dishes if you're going there: cauliflower al forno (This cauliflower dish is amazing; the cauliflower is roasted and crunchy. Healthy and yummy.) cacio e pepe (As of writing this, four cheese pizza is not available for dine in, and only for take-out. I would recommend this pizza if you crave cheese pizza. It's delicious.) bucatini carbonara (This one is a personal favorite. It was served with campanelle pasta, which was unique and added to the dish's flair. The sauce was amazing as well. A must-try.) cioppino (For a seafood dish, this one definitely impressed. The soup maintains to be sweet while simultaneously bringing out the best of the seafood. The tomato and seafood work well together to create a harmonious and delicious treat. The fishy or 'lansa' taste...
