Would you like flies with that? It is hard to eat when you are swatting flies off your food. (Indoors)

The food was ok, but usual story in Philippines "no stock sir.... That dish has sold out". I said "but that's why we came in here, because of the big photo of that dish you have on the sign out front.

It was hot, air con insufficient.

I sent back one dish ... Comparing to the menu I explained... "In photo 90% beef, but you serve 90% pasta with 10% beef"

The crispy chicken was deep fried... While I'd hoped for oven roasted so it's not tough.

Crab and corn soup nice. Sweet and sour pork was traditional 'western Chinese' and yummy. Fried rice was nice.

Frequent customer, mixed pansit canton is always delicious. Ordered take out tonight, they recommended sweet and sour that was supposed to be for 3-4 people, when I got home, only 1/2 of a small take out box was given. When I called, the server explained that was the standard portion for 3-4. Chow fan and pansit canton had the Correct amount. This was at the Vigan City, Ilocos Sur restaurant, been there many...

Good sized portions and food was good too. I came with a group of 3 on a Sunday around lunchtime and there was plenty of seating available. The Hong Kong milk tea was not like the picture, so don’t recommend it. The sweet and sour chicken was crispy. There was AC and prices were moderate. Decent WiFi too. The shrimp dim sum was good too....
