Let me tell you about my experience in Vigan. I was so disappointed in McDonald's Vigan because their crew members weren't very approachable or accommodating. I asked a crew member if I could get a refill of my gravy, but he told me to go to the counter and get it myself. I smiled and said to myself, "Okay, I'll do it. Maybe he's right."

Then I went to the counter, leaving my food on the table, and grabbed only my bag to get the gravy. I sat at an outside table because it was the only vacant one and it was good for one person.

Later, I went back to the counter and asked the young lady beside the manager if I could refill my gravy. She said no; they aren't unlimited! Her face looked annoyed, and I wasn't sure if the manager heard her or if they were just laughing. I felt embarrassed because there were so many people in line. I didn't know that McDonald's in Vigan had this rule, but I smiled and said thank you. Even though they didn't give me any extra gravy, I was okay with that.

But then, some little kids who looked like they were begging for food took my food because they thought I left it. There was a crew lady cleaning my food, and I had only left it for a few minutes because of the long line. I was so hungry that I had only taken a few bites of my food. I just left McDonald's and went to my hotel. 😔

It was a sad experience, but I hope that the next time I go to McDonald's, I won't have the same experience. And one more thing I learned: you should go to McDonald's with someone who can watch your food.
