The restaurant's ambiance, with its homey with vintage motorcycles interior design, creates a charming and welcoming space. While the food served at Nanang Sion's Vigan Empanada is undoubtedly above average, my dining experience was somewhat marred by the service provided by the cashier. The cashier was unfriendly and unattentive. When I ordered a Garlic Spicy Empanada, I inquired about the preparation time. The cashier informed me it would take approximately 5 minutes. However, after 5 minutes had passed, my order still hadn't arrived. It wasn't until 10 minutes later that I received my empanada. As I was in a bit of a hurry, I had hoped for a more accurate estimate. Later, when I brought up the service delay, the cashier explained that their preparation time was typically 25-30 minutes. While I understand that their food is made to order, I believe a more considerate approach would have been to inform me of this beforehand. Despite the service hiccup, the empanada itself was delicious. The spicy garlic Empanada was a delightful combination of flavors. Additionally, I was particularly impressed with the Silog - Tapa with spiced vinegar. Overall, Nanang Sion Vigan Empanada offers a pleasant dining experience with its cozy ambiance and tasty food. However, improvements in the cashier's customer service could elevate the experience even further.
