My experience at Las Palmas was nothing short of horrifying. The level of blatant racism and discrimination among the staff is deeply troubling and offensive. Two of the bartenders, Asia and Mateusz, openly target one of their coworkers with disgusting, racially charged behavior, making her feel unwelcome and isolated in her own workplace. It was sickening to witness how they treat her like an outsider for no other reason than pure prejudice.
What’s even more shocking is that this toxic attitude extends to their guests. If you’re not Polish, don’t expect to be treated like a valued customer. Asia, Mateusz, and Ola another staff member who handles clearing tables seem to take pride in ignoring or providing subpar service to anyone who isn’t Polish. Ola would literally refuse to pick up glasses from tables occupied by non-Polish guests and would deliberately wait until they left to do her job. This behavior is appalling and disgusting.
To make matters worse, the manager, Artur, turns a blind eye to all of this and even seems to support it. Instead of addressing the rampant discrimination happening under his nose, he does nothing. His lack of action makes it clear that this establishment condones racism, both among the staff and toward its guests.
This kind of treatment is not only unethical, but it’s also dangerous. No one should ever have to feel discriminated against or mistreated based on their race or nationality. I’m appalled that a place like this is still in business, and I strongly urge others to steer clear until they take serious action to address the racism and discrimination poisoning this establishment. If I could give zero...
Read moreHonestly was very disappointed in the service at this beach bar. I came here for the Łódź summer festival and heard good things about this bar. The staff was very racist towards me and my friends just because we could not speak the native language to Poland. You can tell they were avoiding us by the fact they made drinks for people that arrived AFTER us. The staff kept saying to wait and wait until I was fed up with all these lies.
On a different note, I went to use the restroom and some drunk Polish dude grabbed me on the shoulder while I was pissing. We started to fight and when the Las Palmas staff came, of course the staff took the Polish guy's side just because I couldn't speak Polish. This was the last straw for me and confirmed that the staff do not respect all customers, only the...
