I was so hopeful to find a good seafood restaurant in Lodz. Unfortunately, this restaurant did not even come close to meeting my lowest expectations. Looking at the photos on Facebook, I thought I would have a good experience, but unfortunately the shrimp tempura and fried calamari were the worst I have ever had. I could not eat more than two pieces of calamari, and its french fries were clearly frozen. I informed the server that my calamari was inedible and they didn’t even respond to my complaint. I spent 103,70 zl for only 1 order of calamari, 1 order of shrimp tempura, and 1 water. I was surprised when they served a glass of water with no bottle, charging 9,90 for what seemed like tap water. Read moreI had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. I went there with the simple intention of enjoying my favourite dish, but unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. The waitresses seemed to ignore new customers coming in. People had to actively call out to them just to get a menu. In my case, I only managed to get one when a waitress happened to serve the table next to mine — after I had already been waiting for at least 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Once I finally got the menu, I was ready to order my favourite dish, but all three waitresses were inside the restaurant, laughing and chatting with others, instead of attending to customers who were waiting to order.
