Update : So we're back for the 4th year .... oh, how the mighty have fallen our favorite person is gone 💔 and the quality of food has drastically changed to the point of never...

First of all finding place was a bit challenge. Not talking about breaking traffic laws , no parking on the (outside of the shown location area)… we spent about 15 minutes in freezing temperatures finding out that restaurant is located 700 feet away from the main road heading towards center of the rynek. Anyways. You call rhe place - no answer… then you get a call back after 30-40 minutes after you finally found the place. You walk in and confused youre being told that u have go upstairs. When seated , barely being greeted by the waitress , got kids menu.. with lots of draw to fun sheets , but nothing to draw… daughter getting frustrated , me and wife inspecting the menu back and forth totally lost , after 10-15 minutes still not knowing what we want. Menu was thrown all over the place. Middle of the menu was some take out jars that confused all of us since what we wanted was in take out jar menu… long story short , after 20-30 minutes being bored or what we want , and after seeing prices , we ended up having two soups , fries and super burned chicken culets for our daughter… , and to be fair , some rice cake balls that smelled like old frying oil they were dipped in for about a week. After waiting for all that over one hour our daughter got little “pissed” so she caused a nice scene. Nobody took it the proper way things intimately consideration that she is disabled… everyones face looked like why am i seeing this if im eating in such high class too paid restaurant. That just threw me off and i walked right out. After eating trash, my wife paid almost 300zl for soup and an appetizer… and funniest thing is … online menu and pics showed things that were not on the menu so thanks for false info… biggest...

Z wielkim rozczarowaniem muszę wyrazić moje zdanie na temat restauracji "Szpulka" w Manufakturze i ich tak zwanej "wspaniałej" wersji Aperol Spritz. Jako zapalony podróżnik, który miał okazję spróbować tego kultowego włoskiego drinka na przestrzeni wielu lat i w różnych miejscach, muszę szczerze powiedzieć, że to było najgorsze doświadczenie z Aperol Spritz w moim życiu.

Przede wszystkim, proporcje składników w serwowanym Aperol Spritz były całkowicie nieodpowiednie. Zamiast subtelnej harmonii między Aperolem, prosecco i wodą gazowaną, napój serwowany w restauracji "Szpulka" był przesycony słodyczą i niewłaściwym stosunkiem składników. Był to prawdziwy atak na moje kubki smakowe.

Dodatkowo, prezentacja napoju pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Zamiast eleganckiego i apetycznego wyglądu, z którego Aperol Spritz jest znany, otrzymałem niedbało przygotowany i wyglądający jak przypadkowo zmieszane składniki napój. Brakowało mu charakterystycznego pomarańczowego blasku i świeżości.

Co gorsza, obsługa była niezwykle nieprofesjonalna. Kelnerzy wydawali się być zupełnie niezainteresowani moim doświadczeniem jako gościa i ignorowali moje uwagi dotyczące napoju. Brak troski o jakość i zadowolenie klienta zdecydowanie rzucał się w oczy.

Jako osoba, która wypiła około... 1000? drinków Aperol Spritz w swoim życiu, mogę śmiało stwierdzić, że to doświadczenie w restauracji "Szpulka" było jednym z najgorszych. Z całą pewnością nie polecam tego miejsca nikomu, kto poszukuje autentycznego i smakowitego...
