I visited this coffee shop recently with the intention of simply asking if they had espresso tonic available. The barista, a guy with tattoos, responded very rudely, insisting that there was a line (again, I was only inquiring about availability, not trying to cut in).
When it was finally my turn to order, I wanted to get the espresso tonic to go, pay for it immediately, and wait outside. However, I found out that other customers were allowed to pay right away, but I had to ask three times before the barista finally agreed to process my payment.
The espresso tonic I received was absolutely awful. It tasted like it had ten spoonfuls of sugar and no coffee. I ended up throwing it in the trash.
I’m not sure what went wrong. I had been to this place before and had a great experience, but it seems either the barista was having a terrible day or just didn't like me for some reason.

Read moreThere are many outstanding cafes in the area but this one the best, if not the best. It was the best of several speciality coffees that we visited. They are very knowledgeable about the beans they have and take time to explain each of them.
If you want to experience excellent filter coffee or try different beans for your espresso I would highly recommend several trips to this cafe.

We hade the golden latte (a winter special), tea and a cappcuino which were all great! With it we had a banan chocolate muffin and a swedish mumma (similar to a the swedish classic ”sockerkaka”) which were also good but perhaps not the reason to visit.
Recommend this to groups no larger than four, due to its smaller room size but that makes this place so cozy.
