KEBAB EL MEDINA — Local services in Gdansk

I ordered three dishes delivered. I waited 1 hour to get a notification that the food is nearly here. I waited in rain 20 min to meet the courier so it would be easier for them to find. After this I called the restaurant. They said to wait for 5 minutes. After 10 minutes they called me again and said the courier is at the reception. He was NOT, in fact, at the reception. I was. He then came to the yard and told me that he had been in the old town (???). I did not care why at that point, the delivery address is in the app and it is NOT at the old town. I got the order. The sauces from one dish were everywhere. The food was cold and the fries were soggy. I have had better value for the money elsewhere and certainly better...

Im on vacation in Gdansk, and ordered 1 kebab Yesterday evening from Kebab El Medina. When I ate the kebab I could feel an item in my month, something cold and hard. When I spat the food out, I found this metalic thing in the Meat. Luckely I did not chew on it, and luckely I did not swallow it, because I can’t even image what would have happened if I chewed on it or swallowed it. I immediately contacted Wolt Support and they gave me an answer that they would notify the restaurant and give me a refund. Nothing have happened yet, I am stil waiting for the refund and an apology from the restaurant. Even though I know the restaurant did not do this on purpose, this is a serious problem, and I hope no one will ever...

Zamówienie zostało dokonane poprzez portal pyszne.pl. W informacji o dostawie był podany zakres 30 min. Po złożeniu zamówienia okazało się, ze czas dostawy wynosić będzie 1h. Po prawie 1.5h oczekiwania zadzwoniła Pani, że potrzebują więcej czasu bo mają tyle zamówień i zamówienie dotrze za kolejne około 30-35 minut. Kolega przez telefon powiedział, ze to przesada i ze 15 minut możemy poczekać. Oczywiście dostawa nastąpiła nie po 15 a po 30 minutach. D R A M A T. Jedyne smutne "przepraszamy za opóźnienie". Zero gratisu typu napój, frytki, cokolwiek. Jakby to było w ich standardzie i w sumie mają wylane, jest opóźnienie to trudno. W życiu nie czekałam 2h na kebaba. Sam kebab dotarł do nas baaaaardzo letni, ogólnie był zjadliwy (po takim czasie oczekiwania to człowiek juz wszystko chyba by zjadł co by przywiezli), ale w swoim życiu jedliśmy o niebo lepsze. Bardzo mało sosu, przez co całe rollo było po prostu suche (każdy miał takie odczucia). Sama wołowina ok, kurczak mocno przesuszony. Naleśnik smaczny, surówki takie sobie. Przy tak długim czasie oczekiwania nie polecam brać duzego rollo bo i tak tego nie zjecie, gdyż żołądek to juz dawno przykleił się z głodu do kręgosłupa. Wątpię, ze wrócimy do tego miejsca. Może na miejscu są lepsze ale w dostawie to dramat.

EDIT: Nie, kierowca nie otrzymał zamówienia o godzinie, o której Państwo mówicie. Zamówienie dotarło do nas o 23:30. A o 22:57 został wykonany do nas telefon, że zamówienie będzie dalej opóźnione w związku z wieloma...
