Pizza Saluto — Restaurant in Gliwice

The culinary experience at this pizza restaurant was truly delightful, with delectable dishes prepared in a remarkably prompt manner. However, the overall impression was marred by the service provided by our assigned waitress, which left us feeling deeply disappointed. Her unprofessional demeanor was evident from the moment she approached our table, exuding an aura of disinterest and an apparent reluctance to assist.

Despite the restaurant's relatively low customer volume at the time, we were disconcerted to find ourselves waiting for an exasperating 30 minutes before she finally presented us with menus. The sense of neglect was further exacerbated as we observed her inattentiveness to other tables, failing to provide timely refills or address customer inquiries promptly.

It is disheartening to encounter such lackluster service, especially when juxtaposed against the otherwise enjoyable dining experience. The restaurant's delicious cuisine and efficient food preparation underscored the establishment's potential for excellence, leaving us yearning for a more cohesive and professional service experience.

Unfortunately, our visit to “Saluto” was a total letdown. We ordered a large margarita and an Aperol right away, hoping for a classic Italian experience. And guess what? The cheese literally slid off the pizza and turned into a blob. The crust? A sticky, doughy mess that’s a far cry from the crisp Italian pizza we expected. Even the Aperol was a disappointment – flat and lacking any fizz.

On top of that, the place was chaotic with constant delivery orders – people coming in and out nonstop, ruining any chance of a relaxed atmosphere. And the bathrooms? Absolutely horrifying – dirty, neglected, clearly no one on staff bothers to check in and clean up.

Honestly, save your time and money. If you’re looking for Italian vibe and flavor, you’re not gonna...

Brud, smród i żena.... nic nie zjesz 🤨 Wpadliśmy coś zjeść i od progu weszliśmy na brudne stoły na środku. Się je to i bywa. Dwie pracownice (nie dane mi było przekonać się, że potrafią w funkcję kelnerki) zaczęły ogarniać temat z wątpliwą miną. Stoimy, czekamy myśląc że ktoś powie: dzień dobry, 3 osoby tak? Proszę chwileczkę poczekać. Nic bardziej mylnego🥲 nic, zero. Podeszliśmy do stolika gdzie były dwa krzesla i to byl jedyny czysty stolik i dostawaliśmy jedno krzesło to owe pracownice jedna za drugą odezwały się że nie wolno 🙈 tak.. to był sposób na zwrócenie przez gości ich uwagi.. wytarły więc stoły ze środka na mokro śmierdzącą piwem szmatą i zostawiając mokry poszły sobie bez słowa. Na krzesłach na kapane, syn wybral pozostałe jedyne suche.. obok ludzie zastanawiali sie z menu czy ktoś tu jeszcze do nich podejdzie. Fajnie. Ktos im chociaz dał menu ;) Ciekawe co musieli zrobić, może złapali wcześniej za gaśnice 😅 Po menu syn pofatygował się sam. W międzyczasie państwo obok zrezygnowali i poszli niezauważeni. Rodzinka czyta menu, a wtedy ja dotykam kapiącego od spodu śmierdzącego stołu blatu i czułam śniadanie pod gardłem. Nie wytrzymałam i wyszłam. Iiiiiii... Dopiero wtedy jedna z pracownic ochoczo pijacych wcześniej trunek za baren ruszyla się za blat baru w kierunku opuszczonych przez gości stołów. Nawet zdarzyło jej się uśmiechnąć przy tym.. Żenada. Nie wrócę. Zdecydowanie nawet w MC jest czyściej i milej 😅😅 aaa.. i...
