Bollywood Masala House (Indian Restaurant) — Restaurant in Krakow

Truly amazing food at a reasonable price. Currently the best Indian restaurant in Cracow… in my humble opinion 😉

We live close by and therefore visit this place quite often, so we have tried quite a big part of their menu. The food is delicious no matter what you order. My favorite is Butter Paneer and their naan bread is exceptional compared to what I have tried in any other Indian restaurant in Cracow. The menu is quite big with vegetarian options, and apart from typical Indian dishes there is a Chinese section with many tasty options as well. They also have a Daily lunch menu for around 35zł served from 11:00 till 15:00, which currently is my Go-to as they nailed it as a lunch option. Prices are reasonable for this type of food and taste. They have food delivery as well.

Staff is super nice. The interior is pleasant. During wintertime when you have to dine inside you need to accept that afterwards your clothes will smell like food – there is no way around it as the place is quite small and it was the same with previous bar in this location. In the summertime there is a sort of shaded garden outside where dining is very pleasant and this problem...

This Indian restaurant in Kraków is a fantastic find. I ordered the chicken tikka masala and it was absolutely perfect – creamy, rich, and full of flavor, with just the right balance of spices. The chicken was tender and cooked beautifully, and paired so well with the fluffy naan.

I also tried the biryani, and it was equally impressive. Fragrant, colorful, and packed with layers of taste, it felt like a complete meal on its own. Every bite had that authentic Indian touch that’s hard to come by outside of India.

The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the cozy atmosphere made the experience even better. Prices are very fair considering the generous portions and high quality.

If you’re in Kraków and craving authentic Indian food, I can’t recommend this place enough – the chicken tikka masala and biryani...

We were staying at a nearby hotel and didn’t want to go far, so we decided to try this restaurant, which had excellent reviews – and they are absolutely deserved. We came with my partner and our 16-month-old son, who was very fussy that evening. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive – they tried to cheer him up, gave him a few little gifts, and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable.

The space itself is small but very cozy. The service was not only friendly but also very professional and helpful in recommending dishes. And the food? Fantastic – we all enjoyed it.

Overall, an outstanding experience – delicious food, amazing service, and a warm atmosphere. If we return to Krakow, we will definitely come...
