Trattoria Pergamin Nullo — Restaurant in Krakow

I really wanted to check this place because it was recommended by friends. At first it looked promising, they give a piece of bread and oil while waiting for an order. Maybe with different type of food it's better but pizza here is a huge disappointment. I ordered pizza with gorgonzola, pear and chili. At first it tasted as margarita - because these ingredients were not on every piece of my pizza. Gorgonzola wasn't even placed on 1/4! After first bite of a piece with chilli - very thick slices - I stopped to feel any taste of this pizza. Flies all over the place trying to get to my food didn't improve my experience - AC was off and windows wide opened. The service is a disaster - slow, impolite and even not dressed properly - very short shorts are sth which doesn't match with serving food. After over 20 min of waiting to pay a waitress finally noticed I'm basically staring at her and she shouted from couple tables away if I want to pay. Ridiculous behaviour. Unfortunately - I'll never visit this place again. Unfortunately, because it has - somehow - good opinions so maybe it has better...

The food is not bad but sometimes their are some issues. I can't get why it is such a struggle for this restaurant to split the bill at the end of the dinner. Why? It was a normal custom in every restaurants I've been in the past. The second point are the portion of the mussels. It way too small for the price you are asking, and in plus in have to pay for the fries. I've find a restaurant in Kraków that give you a good portion of mussels for 39 zl, with fries and salad include in the price! When we were raising the question of the portion to the waiter, he was in denial like: "Yes, it is a normal size." And no spicy oil for the pizzas in an "italian" restaurant... You have to treat better your customers or they will...

Huge and disappointing deterioration of the quality of the food combined with higher prices, this used to be one of our favourite places to go, however we'll never step foot again. We ordered a mushroom soup which was bland, a bolognese and I believe that the bolognese from żabka has more taste. Couldn't eat even half of it. And the 3rd dish which we forgot was also a failure. The only positive dish was the set of ham and cheese. The menu is changing towards more polish dishes and less Italian so the name should change because it is not a trattoria anymore. Service remained the way it is, great and very pleasant lady...
