During a family dinner outing at Buffalo restaurant, we opted for an outdoor seat after consulting with a staff member. Despite the pleasant ambiance, our dining experience took an unfortunate turn. After waiting patiently for 20 minutes without any attention from the staff, we approached them to inquire about the delay in taking our order. Shockingly, we were informed that they wouldn't be able to attend to us due to the arrival of a large group of guests. This lack of professionalism and disregard for our time left us disappointed and frustrated.
In addition to our experience, it's disheartening to note that similar instances of poor service have been highlighted by other guests in their reviews. Consistency in service excellence is paramount for any establishment, and Buffalo restaurant must take heed of these recurring concerns. By addressing these issues promptly and implementing measures to improve customer satisfaction, they can regain the trust and loyalty of their patrons. Ultimately, a commitment to professionalism and attentive service is essential for maintaining a positive reputation in the competitive hospitality industry.
In conclusion, it's disheartening to encounter such lapses in service at an establishment that prides itself on hospitality. The staff's failure to manage their workload effectively and communicate with customers in a timely manner reflects poorly on the restaurant's reputation. Such behavior undermines the dining experience and leaves patrons feeling undervalued. It's imperative for Buffalo restaurant to address these issues and prioritize customer satisfaction to uphold their standards...
Read moreThe Vege Burger was awful. The waiter said that the patty is made out of beans with many vegetables. If that's true, than those ingredients have been processed to such a degree that you end up with trash not food. I bet this stuff is even less healthy than those awful processed soy products that like to pretend to be meat, for whatever reason. The Vege patty looked like meat, smelled funny and the one bite I took of it tasted just bad (and not even a tiny bit like beans). I cooked and bought many different vege burgers over the years, and never have I ever tasted anything so bad.
Also, side dishes are forced. Each burger comes with fries and corn, whether you want them or not - you can't even exchange those for different sides, even if you want to pay the price difference. So I ended up paying for fries that I told them to not even bring.
Service was okay, although we waited quite a long time for someone to come and take our order and the menus we received had pieces of food stuck to them.
Strange, and quite uncomfortable in winter, thing is - the restaurant doesn't really have a toilet. To reach the restroom, you have to go outside, two doors over, to another establishment.
My husband enjoyed his salmon (but sweet potato purée that came with it -...
Read moreAwful service, extremely slow. More focused on putting out extra tables for new customers than looking after the current customers already seated! Ordered a steak with fries and sauces and a burger for my partner. Burger meal, fries and sauces arrived together but no steak or cutlery. Waited 5 mins and still no steak or cutlery. Spoke with waitress who finally got some cutlery over so my partner could start his meal and said she’d be back with the steak. Almost 15 mins later, the rest of my food had gone cold and my partner had finished his burger and still no steak. Asked to cancel the steak and remove it from the bill along with my cold side orders. Waitress apologies and said it was her fault, she’d forgotten the steak. Waitress brought over the bill with the sides and sauces still on the bill and when asking to remove she looked confused… I said I wouldn’t be paying for side options that firstly, should of been accompanying my steak and secondly are now cold. Though she apologised she didn’t seemed...
