Read moreI know that this one is in the Lonely Planet but don't go here!!! My review is not because of bad food or bad location (well, the toilets were pretty gross!!) We sat down and it took quite a while for us to get a menu. Work efficiëncy did not seem very high. When we finally got a menu, an other colleague was there within 30 seconds to take our order for drinks and food. Which was nice, but she seemed pretty irritated that we hadn't decided yet. We were just looking at the drink menu for 20 seconds and hadn't even opened the food menu.
When we got our food we asked for some ketchup with the fries. She said yes (also had to ask for a fork, but those things can happen). Then she stayed inside for a very long time while our foud was getting cold. When she finally came out, she had plates to serve an other table and then back inside . I went up to her colleague (because I tried to get someones attention, even by calling out when they were passing by) and asked him for the ketchup because it was already 10 minutes. Only thing he responded was: Who is your waiter? En then signing that I should talk to them. He clearly wasnt gonna help. When I walked up to our waitress, she seemed very irritated that I came to her... I made it very clear that I was not happy. It really ruined my appetite. It took another 3-5 minutes to get some sauce. Food was very cold. I didn't need the sauce anymore.
It is too absurd for me that when you have a guest, who has to stand up from the table because they are being ignored, that this is the way to treat them. Other people at the table next to us who saw it happen, got...
Read morethe prices are not the ones shown on the menu, on the menu it says lemonade and there is a price and on the bill another price appeared and I was told that it is because it is large, but I was not asked about the quantity, the same thing at Lipton, on the menu there is a price and on the voucher there is another price explaining that it is large but I was also not asked, at Aperol I was asked if I wanted small medium or large and I asked for medium, on the price list there are only 2 prices under the name of aperol / grande, I was charged for a grande, but grande I mean large not medium, the lava cake ice cream is charged separately, I don't have a problem with the amount, yes it is more expensive, but the prices must be displayed correctly in the menu and in detail, so you don't have a surprise at the end, since I sat down I assumed the consumption with you but we have to be fair with each other, the tip is passed on the 15% voucher if you are not satisfied, you can not pay it, but if you are a tourist and you don't really understand what is written on the receipt, you will pay it, even if I told him that I am not satisfied with the bill because it is not correct, I was not told that it is optional to pay, I paid, but I definitely do not recommend it, even if the products are good and of...
