Unacceptable to have one person working on a day like today, poor young lady.

EDIT: There was no one in the back during this time. Of course I can not rule out that the other person was maybe having a lunch break but certainly no one was working in the back.

It's fine to make people wait in line, because we have the choice to leave if we do not want to wait. But it was absolutely not okay to let a young woman stand there all by herself while on such a busy day, and despite the stress and rude attitude from customers who waited over 30+ minutes for an icecream, she still managed to smile and be polite.

The biggest chain of ice cream cafe in Krakow but in my opinion not the best one. I used to like it but now I prefer smaller cafe with better quality. As well the big queues in almost each location are quite annoying. The biggest advantage of this ice cream is really generous portions and big variety of tastes which change every day.
