The absolutely worst dining experience I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Everything from the service to the food was laughably bad, and it’s amazing to me so many people can see something appealing in this sham restaurant.
First off, the wait times are a joke, created in order to make the restaurant seem much more desirable than it really is. I came in on a date as a walk in and even though there were 3 open tables in eyesight, we still had to wait the classic 15-20 minutes. We assumed they were for reservations so we didn’t think twice about it, but as it turned out, after over 15 minutes of waiting, and a line had formed out the door, they sat us at those same exact tables that were available from the start.
We were seated at a small table, with a booth on one side and a chair on the other. Room for exactly two people. Along the wall the booth is continuous, so you are relatively close to the other parties and tables. Soon after we were seated, another couple was seated next to us, but rather than sit like normal civilized people, they squeezed into the booth seat, where there was really only room for one. They immediately began inappropriate public displays of affection, and were kissing and sitting on each others lap practically the entire time they were seated. The manager came over once to tell them to behave, but literally nothing changed, and the manager didn’t bother doing anything else than the initial warning. To add insult to injury, multiple waiters/waitresses passing by would visibly laugh at the situation and the awful behavior of these guests, all the while me and my girlfriend were sitting uncomfortably doing our best to ignore the situation. My girlfriend was so uncomfortable we considered leaving early.
About the food, I can’t say anything better. I’ve never had more horrendous Neapolitan pizza in my life. The crust and dough was burnt all over, and made to be almost inedible.
I never usually leave such detailed reviews, but after such a disgusting experience I seriously advise everyone to go elsewhere. Literally any pizza or Italian restaurant in Krakow would have better food and service than this place.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS...

Website advises they only take reservations over the phone and listed the best times to call. I tried multiple times within the given periods and the line was engaged every time. So we decided to just chance it. Luckily we were able to secure a table.
The restaurant was extremely busy but the service level was still good. To start, we had the stuffed raviolo with egg yolk and asparagus. I have to say, this is one of the finest things I have ever eaten in my life. Sometimes you have a plate of food that really stops and makes you re-evaluate your life because it is that delicious. This was one of those times (it's only happened to me maybe 3-4 times in my entire life) I would eat this all the time if I lived locally.
The pizzas were also fantastic. The dough was really tasty, the toppings on the pizza clearly high quality. As a goat's cheese rind hater I was thrilled to discover that the goats cheese on my pizza had no rind on as standard so I didn't have to pick it off. There is an amazing selection of pizzas for vegetarians.
It is quicker than a lot of places for your evening meal- you can be in and out in under an hour quite easily.
Honestly the weakest part was the drinks. I had a limoncello spritz that didn't taste of lemon at all. They had ran out of the drink my partner initially wanted to order. The food was so good I wouldn't let this knock the 5* rating though. Cannot wait to go back and...
Read moreThis place had such raving reviews I couldn't wait to visit. The first 3 tries it was totally booked up so definitely book in advance! First off, the drinks menu is quite extensive and you can get prosecco for a good price which is positive. The pizzas are the thin and very Italian type which I generally like. I ordered the salami with olives and my bf ordered the goats cheese pizza. Both were tasty but I preferred the salami.
So why have I given it 3 stars? Well the waiter was stuck up and actually probably the rudest waiter I had in my 2 month stay in Krakow. He didn't crack a smile once, tried telling me they only had water glasses for my prosecco...ummm no! He was rather abrupt, either kept telling us that the kitchen was closing soon or the restaurant was. We had a table of 5 all of whom ordered pizzas and drinks and were treated like an afterthought.
If we had had a nicer waiter I think the experience would have been different. I'm glad I didn't come here on valentine's (as originally planned) as I think it would have spoiled the night.
They might have awards from Florence, but some of their waiters seriously need to learn how to make customers...
