“No excitement, sorry”

The place: brand new, stylish, well designed. (Rest room could be organized better)

Stuff: friendly, eng speaking, explaining the approach and every dish. Nice!

Food: here i can’t say much, as I was visiting this place with relatively high expectations (based on founders background and experience). As for me, when you have that small menu every dish should be polished to perfection (in terms of taste, structure, presentation). My notes: pate: very blend, tasteless for me. No bread served with it, strange. tartar: good, well balanced, nice sauce. herring: interesting marinade, i like the bread ball. carp dewolaj: was suggested as one of the best dishes to try: I did not like it at all. Very oily, tasteless, luck of smithing more in a plate to balance the taste (and I was not suggested to order smth more as a side). This dish is “no” for me. Side note: the presentation of all dishes were on a high level.

My recent dining experience at Haust was nothing short of exceptional! From start to finish, it was a truly wonderful foodie adventure. The chef deserves a massive bravo for their incredibly creative approach to cooking, which brilliantly highlights and respects the natural integrity of each ingredient. Every dish was a delightful surprise, showcasing innovative combinations without ever overshadowing the core flavors. It's rare to find such a perfect balance of culinary artistry and reverence for the ingredients.

Haust- jest to zdecydownie moje ulubione gastronomiczne miejsce w Krakowie! Tutaj absolutnie został odczarowany mój kulinarny koszmar z dzieciństwa – karp! Został przygotowany tak fenomenalnie, że trudno mi uwierzyć, że jeszcze kiedyś go unikałam. Delikatny, aromatyczny, dopracowany w każdym detalu – prawdziwa uczta!

Nie mogę też nie wspomnieć o kopytkach z makiem – choć mak zazwyczaj omijam szerokim łukiem, to w tym daniu jest on tak doskonale wkomponowany, że... to stało się moim ulubionym daniem z całej karty! Smak, tekstura, wszystko na najwyższym poziomie.

Na deser – krem sułtański, który był po prostu przepyszny. Lekki, aksamitny, z idealnie zbalansowaną słodyczą. Do tego przepyszne piwa 0%, co dla osób niepijących jest ogromnym plusem – super, że ktoś w końcu pomyślał o naprawdę bogatym asortymencie w tym zakresie!

Całość dopełnia fantastyczna muzyka, przy której nóżka sama tupie pod stolikiem, genialna atmosfera i gustowny, nowoczesny wystrój, który od razu sprawia, że chce się tu wracać – i to nie raz.

Z całego serca polecam – to nie tylko jedzenie, to doświadczenie! Z pewnością będę...
