This is a small hotel that's within walking distance to the historic district and the Jewish quarter. It's located about two blocks from the city's trams and about four blocks from the airport train stop, so it's quite convenient. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was larger than we expected and well appointed. Enough outlets to charge our phones on both sides of the bed. Everything was in fine shape, immaculately clean, and comfortable. Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. We slept well.||The breakfast selection was vast, with hot choices, cereals, breads, sliced meats, cheeses, and vegetables, and a great assortment of fruits. Coffee was from a machine, but it was good. Tableware and linens were spotless, as was the breakfast room. Lots of care and attention go into the presentation and service for breakfast. ||For the reasonable price we paid for a summertime stay, we were thrilled to find such a great hotel. It's not the finest place in Krakow, but considering all things, it is a fantastic bargain for a clean, quiet, welcoming, and convenient hotel, which is why it gets 5 stars. If we ever get back to Krakow, we will definitely...
Read moreWe stayed at this hotel for two nights and honestly regret booking it. The only positive thing is its location in the city – but that’s where the good part ends.
Both nights we slept terribly due to a worn-out mattress and a very low-quality pillow, waking up with back pain. The room was poorly soundproofed – it felt like we were sleeping in the hallway with constant noise and no privacy.
The entire hotel feels neglected. The breakfast area is so unpleasant, both in terms of noise and food quality, that it completely killed our appetite.
We even considered leaving early and paying for another hotel – that’s how uncomfortable we were. The reality of this place is nowhere near what the photos suggest. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Definitely not...
Read moreSmall hotel, situated close to the old town, which is a plus. It doesn't have a lobby, just a small reception which is open 24 hours. The hotel is very clean and the rooms nice with a decent shower room. The beds and covers are a bit tired. There is a very nice breakfast room with a simple but nice selection of food. The area is quiet usually but unfortunately there is building work taking place around the hotel which can be noisy during the day, but the hotel was quit during the night. The hotel is not a new build but appears to be a conversion perhaps from flats. It has a decent lift. The staff were friendly and spoke...
