KFC — Restaurant in Krakow

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I had one of the worst experiences ever. While I was still placing my order at the drive-thru, the staff shut the window in my face! I wasn’t even done talking. Zero manners, no greeting, no smile — just pure rudeness and disrespect. The staff were eating right in front of us, from the same area where they prepare customer orders. How is that even acceptable? The hygiene was absolutely disgusting. The whole place looked dirty and unprofessional.

And to make things worse, when we got our order — it was incomplete. A sandwich was missing and another one was wrong. We went inside to let them know, and instead of apologizing, the staff got defensive and didn’t even believe us. Only after I showed the full receipt and explained the order did the woman finally bring the correct sandwich — and she didn’t even hand it to me with basic respect. She just threw it down in front of me without a word.

This is not how you treat paying customers. Shameful service, horrible attitude, and a filthy environment. Never again. I strongly advise everyone to stay far away...

It's my first time in Krakow and i needed to eat something after a long day of walking and did not want to go to a restaurant, because I was too tired. So i decided to order KFC. And that was THE mistake. I ordered it via Ubereats. I have selected: a small box with chicken and burgers. I also added that i DON'T want cheese on the burgers, because i get sick of it. In 20min the order was with me. The delivery huy Dev was great, but once i opened the pavkage i was surprised. The buns were hard as rock and the CHEESE was cold as well. I tried to remove it, but was really very difficult. The chicken was hard as well. Years ago inworked in McDonald's and i know that there is a standard to keep the burgers ready for the customers. If there is more than 15 min passed after the burger was made and no one bought it you must throw it away. Let's say that they keep it for more than 25 min. Still it should be ok.
