I am a regular customer since December 2019, so it's time to write an honest review. During 2020 and 2021 I was ordering Non Lá each week on average. Every time I get a box there is a message on it saying "Have a nice day!", "Smile", "Bon Appétit". I think this is the only restaurant which does it. Like every restaurant, sometimes it has ups and downs, but generally speaking the overall experience is great. Portion size is huge, even though I eat a lot. Few dishes are similar in taste, but the ingredients are always high quality. Through the years the quality didn't drop even during lockdown. Read moreWe were 2 and waitress didn’t let us sit at the 4-person table that had one customer at the time, so we thought she was kind and respecting on not sharing tables so we continued waiting outside. But when the table was finally free she let us sit on that same table PLUS a stranger with us. We didn’t mind, but if you were going to make us share a table anyways why couldn’t you let us sit before when there were already 3 free seats, and instead let us wait for 40 minutes outside? First the restaurant was pretty full so we ordered to take away (she already asked if we are sure as it would take 20 min but we agreed) then when a table got free, we asked if we can eat inside and her reply was that it’s not possible because we paid for the boxes already to take it away.
