8 AM, I just came to this place due to the high reviews, then first paid for my coffee, then I noticed inside the tables (not visible from the entrance nor the place to pay) it says "no laptops". However the place was totally empty at this time. I asked if I just needed to connect the laptop for just 5 min for work to send one fast email, no noise, no customers, and an extremely short time. They said "No", i beg because there were no customers and just it was sending a fast email for work and no worries I will close the laptop before other customers arrive or enter, as it was urgent for me to send that email, they still say no. I understand the policies of not wanting people to stay for long with the laptop, but this was just 5 min after I paid and not possible to bother customers as there were no, and it was an urgent thing for me. Obviously this is not customers first or at least having any humanity to allow for just once for a special occasion something that cannot bother anyone, but not showing any empathy or sympathy in these situations makes me think if people really care at all in actions and not just words to show off if there is any solidarity or a minimum empathy, especially when it has zero costs, zero problems for the business and zero bother to any customers as it was no one inside. Then I read other reviews that had exactly the same problem. In any case I needed to pay for my unwanted place for coffee, even if it was not even started to get prepared when I understood they were not going to allow me for just a few minutes to send a simple work related and important email. The cost of a bad review is much more for just that no doubt, but this is how they prefer. So remember to avoid this place if you have any need with an...
Read moreThis is a great space, but you can't use laptop. Again, NO LAPTOP. if anyone needs to work on a computer for a while, I suggest you don't choose this place - otherwise you will be kindly KICKED OUT.
I specifically came to this place early in the morning to ask if I could work on a computer for a while, and I was told A BIT, YES. So I came in the afternoon happily, then I saw the no laptop sign on the desk, so I asked AGAIN if I could use the computer here, I needed to take a 1.5 hour class, and the young waitress said it was OKAY , and there was like one or two customers in the café at that time. I didn't expect that I would be timed - yes, after I turned on the computer for 1 hour, a man came to remind me that the time was up and I can’t keep using the laptop. I NEVER EXPECTED TO BE TIMED. He said that I was given an exception to use the computer here, which was ridiculous, why didn't they tell me not to use it in the first place? ? Or it’s just the man too cold hearted??? I was forced to stop halfway, quickly leave the place and find another cafe... I didn't even have time to finish my coffee. Btw, I bought 2 cups of coffee and 2 pieces of cake there today for a really short stay———and this is what I got.
I certainly respect the rules of the place but the deep coldness of the gentleman who kicked me out really shocked me. This incident literally ruined my last day in Krakow.
Maybe this coffee shop needs to formulate stricter rules or get more...

I stumbled upon this café on my way back to my hotel, and ended up spending my entire afternoon here—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, it felt like a welcoming retreat from the busy streets of Kraków. The warm atmosphere instantly made me feel at home, and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot to relax.
The combination of soft music, the rich scent of mulled wine, and the overall ambiance created the perfect environment for spending a leisurely afternoon. The place has a beautiful balance of coziness and charm, with every little detail adding to the experience. The music was just right—not too loud, but enough to create a pleasant background that enhanced the whole vibe.
I indulged in some delicious mulled wine, which was perfectly spiced and served at the right temperature to warm me up. It paired wonderfully with the relaxed pace of...
