Zielone Tarasy — Restaurant in Krakow

The view is very nice, the food is not worth much attention, however served hot which i think is important. Either way, I do not recommend this place at all and here is why:

We arrived at the restaurant around 19 o'clock and ordered wine. We ordered one main dish each around 30 mins later. We were served our meal a few minutes before 21 (which meant we waited for almost and hour!) while at 20:55 the waitress came and asked us to pay and said that they were closing so we needed to hurry up. We were not only unable to finish our meal and wine, but were also told that we can either leave now or stay stay there the whole night. The lady who helped us for most of the night was very friendly but was clearly not trained to work as a waitress. The second one was simply rude. I do understand keeping to schedule, however lack of information and rudeness towards the client's is completely...

This place sucks. Please don't come over here. It is the worst in Krakow. With all do respect to the owner who requested a reason for this low score review. I absolutely love this place. Great food with beautiful views, the only thing that might be at questions is service. Even on normal day ( not busy) staff is little slow, but this is not necessary a bad thing in this case because you'll have more time to enjoy this place. I'm just little selfish and I don't want this place to be flooded with tourists. Let them stay where they belong, which is in the main square. I apologise for one star and the negative review,I it wasn't directed at the establishment, but I love this place too much to share it...

The restaurant with the most beautiful view on Krakow from it's terrace. It's located on the last floor of the building called HERBEWO. It used to be a factory of cigarette paper there until 1948. During warm seasons you can enjoy eating on the terrace. There are plenty of plants and flowers, the view on the old city of Krakow is absolutely stunning, especially during the golden hour. You can see Mariacki Cathedral, Wawel castle, old streets, you can even spot Polish Tatras.

The menu has a lot of different options, also vege, good cocktails. Very tasty...
