Shot Bar BANG BANG — Restaurant in Krakow

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this shot bar. Although the exterior and interior looked quite nice, the bartender's behaviour was appalling. It was obvious that he was more interested in impressing some female customers than in providing us with decent service. Every time we tried to order a drink, we were either completely ignored or rudely sworn at. It was incredibly frustrating and upsetting, and we ended up walking out without even getting a drink.

I would strongly advise anyone looking for a fun night out in Krakow to avoid this shot bar at all costs. The bartender's behaviour was completely unacceptable, and I have no doubt that it ruined the experience for many other customers as well. If you want a friendly and welcoming atmosphere,...

Absolutely terrible experience at Shot Bar BANG BANG.

I went to the bar to order two shots, expecting something creative considering the huge selection they had. Instead, the bartender just gave us two strawberry vodka shots—basically juice—for 16 zloty both . When I asked what it was, expecting at least a proper mix, he just laughed and said, “It’s strawberry vodka.” Complete joke.

Then, when I tried to use the men’s restroom, the door was locked. I asked a staff member why, and we discovered two people had locked themselves inside doing who-knows-what. No one seemed to care. I had no choice but to use the women’s restroom.

This place is a disaster. Overpriced, unprofessional staff, and zero control over what happens inside. Avoid it...

Would give zero stars if I could, visited twice, 1st time staff were OK as such, a bit mardy but everyone has off days so gave it the benifit of doubt n returned a second time as it was close to our hotel... didn't end up drinking there though as we walked out... the guy behind the bar was a joke, disgusting attitude, scruffy looking older guy with long gray ish hair wearing glasses. Rolled his eyes when we asked for recommendations on the menu.... then shrugged his shoulders when I asked him what was popular.. mumbled under his breath.
