Trzcina cocktail bar — Restaurant in Krakow

Very good cocktails and service. Water is served together with the cocktail, but as there is a quite high service charge to the bill, this can be argued as being paid for. They can make custom cocktails upon request, which is amazing, but note that this will cost more (drinks around 37 zł and custom cocktail will cost you 60 zł, which surprised me). Lastly some cocktail bars are so kind as to switch the cocktail if you do not like it - this was not the case here, which is fair, but worth a note.

Answer to comment: If the service fee was clearly stipulated on the menu, this is clearly my mistake. However we were charged an extra service fee for stuff left over on the bill, meaning we had to pay 9 service charges for 8 people. Regarding the request for the cocktail, this was not a specific request, but merely a request for a different cocktail other than the one I unfortunately was not fond of - consequently I did not experience this option. I gave the bartender a request within what I had ordered previously, which may have included a creative freedom, of which "honesty" in the difference in price would have been nice. It's hard to stay objective, as the first time you've ever enter this place it completely charms you, and later there is no match in Poland for their cocktails ;) Every bartender we've meet here was comeplaetly lovely; they knew their craft and had complete knowledge of how to make the drinks fit to our whims, everything tasted just delicious! The staff experiments with the menu and classical drinks, they make them their own with delicious twists that leave you wanting more! Amazing expirience! Both the taste and the service! Worth every penny! A must have, to visit for every tourist that steps their foot in Kraków, and have any interest in good spirits!

(oh yeah, also the booze is good quality and staff knows what they pour into your cocktails. Awesome! (: ).

I found this bar on the last day of my Krakow trip and I’m really glad that I did. The atmosphere is really nice and the drinks are so unique and amazing. I haven’t seen such unique drinks before. My favorite was definitely “Fake Companero” I could drink a whole jug of it if I could.

The service is pretty good too, the bartender was pretty nice and helpful. The only criticism I can make is that the description of the drinks may not be too accurate for me. For example, one of the drinks was described and bitter and boozy but it was more like sweet and sour. Although it’s difficult for me to judge since I enjoy bitter things a lot and I tend to find most things not bitter enough.
