When planning my trip to Kraków, I decided that I had to visit Bazaar Bistro to try the famous Madame Monte Christo sandwich. I hoped that the dish would look exactly like the pictures that others had posted, and I wasn't disappointed! The service was very friendly and spoke English really well, and the breakfast tasted delicious. I would recommend trying to get as much of the sandwich, salad, and sauces on your fork as possible for each bite! It really works well together and sets you up for the day. The only criticism that I have is that, in my opinion, it is quite expensive. I paid 62 PLN for the sandwich and a lemonade (this is around £11-12 at the time of writing). For a one-off visit whilst on holiday, this may be okay; for most people, however, it would cost too much to eat here regularly. Nonetheless, it is worth trying the Madame Monte Christo sandwich at least once in your lifetime! Thanks to the team at Bazaar Bistro!

Group of 4 went here for brunch. I had the shakshuka and the bread basket with butter. Honestly, the shakshuka was a bit of a disappointment, it felt like just a can of tomatoes with eggs thrown in, with a few pieces of bell pepper and celery. The consistency was watery, lacked seasoning, and it just didn’t have that depth or heart you’d expect from a proper shakshuka. On the bright side, the bread and butter were amazing, fresh, fluffy bread and great quality butter, definitely the highlight of the meal. The others at the table ordered Turkish eggs, which were just meh and didn’t impress; the burger was actually good, and the omelet was decent, I’d give it an 8 out of 10. As for the coffee, it’s not specialty. It’s the kind made with a fully automatic espresso machine, milk and all and there was no real difference between a cappuccino and a flat white. If you care about your coffee, this might not be the place.

If you're in Kraków and looking for an exceptional dining experience, Bazaar Bistro is the place to be. We dined here every single day of our holiday, and each visit was just as fantastic as the last. The service was nothing short of impeccable. Thomas, our waiter, was an absolute delight—humorous, polite, and engaging. He took the time to help us choose the perfect dishes and made us feel truly welcome. To top it all off, he ended our evening with a vodka shot, a perfect touch to a wonderful night. The food? Simply outstanding. Breakfasts were delicious, with fresh ingredients and perfectly brewed coffee—the best we had in Kraków. Whether you’re looking for a hearty morning meal or a relaxed dining experience later in the day, Bazaar Bistro delivers on all fronts. If I can give you just one recommendation: go to Bazaar Bistro. You won’t regret it! The Prosecco is also AMAZING!! Also so reasonably priced!!

Right, so we've come here 3 different times and it has varied wildly in the last month. First off, the flavoured lemonade. Peach and mango flavour both taste like orange juice. Wh... What? Peach Bellini tasted like orange. The alcohol was gross.

The tea has gotten worse each time we've come. It's declining rapidly and I don't know if it would pass muster another time. It just. It's bad this time.

The bread is pretty tasty! Bread is good.

The Madame Monte Cristo has been an issue, first time we discovered that it was good except for the dijon mustard which is overwhelmingly horseradishy, second time in we asked for a substitute of honey mustard and were granted it, and it still mysteriously tasted of horseradish. THIRD time, we are informed that all the Monte Cristos are preprepared early morning and a substitute isn't possible-- so, were we lied to? Was the dijon simply scraped off the second time? Our server has been deeply huffy and exasperated in temperament, and seems to be displeased with our existence in general. Polite requests are met with an Attitude. EDIT: IT WAS THE SAME GUY WHO SAID LAST TIME THERE COULD BE SUBSTITUTION AND THIS TIME SAID NO. WHAT.

The Challah in Egg is, frankly, fantastic. I would come back for that, and DID, but apparently that's out today so two thirds of our order was given a 'no, can't do that' which was disappointing, especially considering the overall unpleasant attitude of our server. He helpfully suggested an alternative for the Challah but it sucked so oh well.

The latte I ordered is meant to be vegan, it tastes like it has normal milk in it. Time will tell if I am going to spend the rest of my day in pain or not because we haven't seen the server since food was delivered. EDIT 2: it was full milk latte. I am in pain. This sucks.

Two of our orders this time were identical and one was presented very nicely and the other was presented as though everything was just thrown on the plate. It was... Disconcerting a bit.

Well. Welcome to This. We're probably not coming here again. Goodbye Challah in Egg, you were delicious, I will be recreating you in my...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bistro Bizarre for breakfast, and it was an experience to remember. From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a delightful meal. The breakfast menu was diverse and thoughtfully crafted, offering a range of options to suit all tastes. I opted for the Shaksuka eggs, which was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented.

The service at Bistro Bizarre was exceptional. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that we had everything we needed without being intrusive.

To top off an already lovely breakfast, we were treated to their signature cinnamon rolls. Freshly baked and generously topped with icing, they were the perfect sweet ending to our meal. The combination of the soft, warm dough and the aromatic cinnamon made for a truly indulgent treat.

Overall, Bistro Bizarre is a gem that stands out for its excellent breakfast offerings, impeccable service, and those unforgettable cinnamon rolls. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic start...

In a city like Krakow where competition is fierce and restaurants can feel cool and soulless, Bistro Bazaar is a diamond in the rough. Every item on the menu is not only delicious but is locally made, from the bread to the hand crafted cocktails. You can tell the executive chef loves what they do, as it's evident in every dish. The servers - Bartek in particular - are knowledgeable and it's evident they love what they do. Want a "true" taste of Poland? Try their (exceptional) lard spread or gooseberry spirits, or any one of their locally offered specials. They have the best burger I've eaten in the area, and their desserts are also wonderful. I haven't even tried their breakfast yet, and that's what they're known for!

If it were possible for me to transplant the entire place to me locally in the US, I would never go anywhere else again, they're that good. I might be biased, but this place is worth the trip every single time. You won't be...
