Ostro Klubokawiarnia — Restaurant in Lublin

I don’t have anything nice to say about this place. Would give 0 stars if that was possible. The food wasn’t eatable, nether the drinks. And when it started raining we weren’t allowed to sit outside anymore, they told us to go inside but didn’t make sure we had a table to eat at. The waitress were extremely rude and didn’t want to help us so after 10 minutes of arguing we got a table so we could eat our cold food. To mention, we had one child and one pregnant woman in our company but they didn’t care I little bit that we couldn’t sit by a table to finish our food. They didn’t even apologise for the inconvenience of moving in middle of dinner.

The music inside was so loud and the speaker was really bad. It literally hurt in our ears.

They also tried to throw out our stroller, but when our friend stopped them they wanted to throw her out as well.

Also the waitress looked at me like I was an alien when I talked English(luckily my husbands family is polish so they could talk with her), if you work as a waitress in a city like Lublin you really should be able to talk and understand English.

To summon up, bad food, bad drinks, rude staff, loud music from really bad speakers. We will never...

Cocktails were good. Pleasant surprise. We were served by two different waitresses, the first one was lovely, attentive and very polite. We were asked to move to a different part of the bar because they were closing part of if after midnight. The second waitress...RUDE! Not engaging at all, we asked for the same ,repeated order, she just ignored us and someone else come to collect our order, eventually. Such a difference in customer service!!!!! Unfortunately Google can not rate below one star, 'cause I could've. We went out with friends trying to have a good time but trust me this isn't where you wanna be for a night. We ordered the food; the first thing that put us off is the time they took to prepare the food as if they were making the raw materials from scratch. Then secondly, the food was cold as if it was cooked way before our order. Moreover; my friend's order took forever to come whereas it was just a classic burger.
