Customer Service: Great quality of customer service, including friendliness, attentiveness, and responsiveness from the staff.

Food Quality: I had a flat white coffee & a chia seeds breakfast. The quality of the food served was above expectations including freshness, taste, presentation, and portion sizes.

Value for Money: Considering competitive cafes the pricing was a bit pricey, however as a tourist still lower than avg of cafes with similar quality in other touristical places

Ambiance: The atmosphere and ambiance of the cafe is unique and livelty including a unique and playful decor, lighting, and overall vibes.

Special Features: Just as the name suggets when you get your coffee you see a cute "bear face" coffee art on your coffee from the skillful baristas, which is a pleasant plus :)

Długo zastanawiałam się jaką ocenę mogę zostawić... W upalny dzień postanowiłam zrobić sobie przystanek na mrożoną kawę. Pierwsze wrażenie takie średnie- dwóch baristów... zaproponował kawę, na którą nie miałam ochoty, więc wzruszył ramionami. Zamówiłam sobie Orange espresso i zostałam poinformowana, że będę poproszona do baru, gdy kawa będzie gotowa. Postanowiłam udać się do łazienki, umyć ręce, przemyć twarz... tu muszę zaznaczyć- w łazience powódź, dookoła umywalki wszędzie woda. Dwóch baristów śmiejących się za barem najwidoczniej nie ma czasu zajrzeć do łazienek. Krzyki o gotowej kawie (niejednokrotnie) usłyszałam w łazience. Po chwili wyszłam i wzrok baristów na długo pozostanie w mojej pamięci! Przynajmniej i ja się uśmiałam. Kawa- cena za 250/300 ml (w lowball do koktajli haha) 17 czy 18 zł. Ceny może nieco wyższe ze względu na lokalizację. Natomiast jakościowo? jak można do kawy lac sok z miąższem ?! Kawałki stają w gardle, źle się komponuje z espresso, być może przy podwójnym espresso byłoby lepiej, ale pojedyncze espresso i sok z miąższem...? Przynajmniej nie podawajcie z rurka, bo ten miąższ staje w gardle. Wypadałoby też dać prawdziwe pomarańcze dla ozdoby, a nie wypalone, przecież takie zazwyczaj daje się do alkoholi, a w kawie wygląda to co najmniej dziwnie i jeszcze z rozmarynem. Sam rozmaryn pasuje mówiąc szczerze byłoby o wiele lepiej ze świeżą pomarańczą. Wystrój uroczy, dużo różu. Muzyka to jakaś porażka, ale o gustach sie nie dyskutuje. Podsumowujac: dwóch baristów nie robiących kompletnie nic, chichrających się za barem, łazienka wymaga częstszej konroli, kawy można byłoby przesestować przed podaniem do klienta, ceny dość wysokie, wygląd kawy zdałoby się poprawić, muzyka wkurzająca, ale to gusta, wystrój całkiem przyjazny, szkoda tylko, że to...

A hipsterish bar in the center of Lublin. It has an outdoor and indoor seating area. They had good coffee with various plant based options. One cake was vegan but not accordingly marked. Other dishes are marked vegan in Polish. Best is to ask. I had an apple pie which had a great taste, not to sweet and not too dry. The iced coffee was very good. The inside is made not minimalistic but rather full of patterns and "stylized" furniture and design.
