Right in the bustling heart of the city, this excellent local restaurant is dedicated entirely to the modest yet versatile potato, and they've elevated it to new heights with a range of delicious and creative toppings. At Pyraland, you can expect perfectly baked potatoes with a fluffy interior, paired with a variety of mouth-watering toppings that cater to all tastes. From classic options like cheese and bacon to more adventurous options such as curry!!
What is particularly interesting about this restaurant is their artwork in the restroom, which was truly unique and eye-catching. For anyone who loves potatoes, this artwork is sure to spark inspiration and make them appreciate the simple beauty of this humble vegetable even more. The placement of the artwork in the restroom is also quite clever, allowing visitors to take their time to appreciate the small details in their surroundings.
Overall, Pyraland is an excellent potato-focused restaurant that offers delicious food, great service and the vibrant images in their impressive restroom, adding fun and whimsy...
Read moreThis place should be promoted in Poznań airport and every touristic information place in Poznań. There nothing negative to be said about this lovely restaurant. You will feel comfortable since you get inside. They are very friendly 😊. the atmosphere is very cozy, with several photos of the city, a wall covered with the map of Poznań, some hanging books, excellent music and warm lighting. You could spend hours sitting there, and best of all: the food. Eat one of the region's traditional dishes: Pyry 😋: with several topping options, you'll want to try everything again. My recommendation: order the option of two potatoes with different toppings (it's impossible not to try one of the most traditional: gzik, but I won't give you a description so you can discover it on your own). The price?? very affordable, in February 2024 the option of two pyry with different toppings and a 0.5 l beer: 45 zl. If you are in Poznań it would be a crime for you to leave without...
Read moreSuch a lovely restaurant. Service is excellent and the staff are really friendly. The food was delicious. We visited twice during our stay in Poznan as we loved this restaurant so much. First visit I had the potato dumplings with blood sausage, which was delicious and fresh. My wife had the polish soup with croutons, which was smoky and tasty. Second visit I had the potato dumplings with hunters side dish and my wife had a small jacket potato with cottage cheese. Every dish we've had here has been delicious. There are a great selection of bottled beers and fruit juices on offer, plus the usual teas and coffees, which was great. The decor is quirky and stylish, with a great attention to detail. The whole place is spotlessly clean too. So glad we popped in for lunch as we walked past on our first visit and I'll miss this restaurant when we get...
