Ima Sushi — Restaurant in Rzeszów

We've visit Ima Sushi place after recommendation of our friends. We were curious if it will live up to the reputation, as we tried few other places in Rzeszów. And boy... They did! We tried the Geisha set which was served so nice, it was a pitty to break it and start eating. Nevertheless, we did eat 😉 All the pieces were very tasty and seemed to be prepared from fresh ingredients. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is fairly good size and even though we made the reservation, there would be no problem with finding a seating. What's worth to mentioned, is the cozy atmosphere, with Japanese design (duuuh), lots of plants, and subtle music in the background.

Ima is seriously the best! The vibe is super cozy, and the staff makes you feel like you're catching up with old friends. Every dish is packed with flavor, and you can tell they put real thought into what they serve. Plus, they even gave us some complimentary treats at the end—such a nice touch! It’s perfect whether you’re out for a chill lunch or a special dinner with friends. If you’re looking for a spot that gets everything right, Ima is where it’s at....

The food was very nice and tasteful, we had a range of different small plates: bao veggie, wakame salad, miso soup, futo inari and hosomaki. The only down side was an extremely salty soy sauce, which is easily solvable with a different (admittedly more expensive) variant... Please do, it sort of spoils all the effort put into everything else. The service was nice if a bit uptight and the music was to kill someone: these mellow versions of pop/rock...
