Surely this place is being run by a CIRCUS, No professionalism at all, The worst place in the entire universe out of hundreds that I have visited. I’ve heard Waiters gossiping between them selves about the customers and calling them names. Hospitality is not for everyone, if waiters are not happy with their job can quit and do something else, instead of gossip and call them stupid I would give 0 STAR if I could but unfortunately 1 is the lowest cause this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star, Either management need to gain some customer service skills or need to get some new staff in if they care about their business and customers. I will never ever be going be back here and I will also make sure no friends or family doesn’t go here as well so they don’t have to experience what we’ve been through. Local authorities definitely need to monitor this business as they clearly don’t value customer satisfaction, this place is shame to hospitality sector. It was my first visit to Poland and experienced this on my first day but will never ever go back there again

Stay away from this place, go to local zoo and get a sandwich from there trust me you will get better service and treatment !!! D I S A P P O I N T M...

Pierwszy i ostatni raz..... Lokal robi dobre wrażenie jeśli chodzi o wygląd ale tu się kończą plusy. Obsługa chyba była tam za karę, zamówiliśmy jedzenie i coś do picia. Ponieważ lokal był pusty, czekaliśmy na jedzenie prawie godzinę. Oczywiście przychodziło na raty, pierwszą osobą już zdążyła zjeść zanim ostatnia dostała prostego burgera, co ciekawe burger przyszedł zimny, bekon chyba prosto z lodówki, a ser nie miał się nawet od czego roztopić. Zwróciliśmy uwagę, 2 zamówione burgery wróciły na kuchnię. Po 5 minutach wróciły w takim samym stanie. Nic daliśmy szansę, po gryzie burgera wróciły wspomnienia, najpaskudniejszego burgera z dworca PKS sprzed 15 lat, sos był tak skwaszony , że zrobiło mi się niedobrze, a bułka była już rozwalona, stwierdziłem że tego jeść nie będę i nie zapłacę, chyba kucharz dodał coś od siebie, bo nie wiem co on przez te 5 minut robił z burgera mi. Żona dostała stripsy z kurczaka, zjadliwe ale bez rewelacji, nie do końca usmażone, leżały na żołądku długi czas. Na prośbę o rozmowę z kucharzem lub managerem, kelnerka odmówiła. Tragedia, czas oczekiwania (na zamówiona deskę przekąsek się nawet nie doczekaliśmy), kelnerzy zajęcia kręceniem się bez sensu, chyba za karę, że muszą tam pracować

Nie polecam, chyba że jesteś kontrolerem Sanepidu, bo ta instytucja powinna się zainteresować serwowanym...

Love this place, been there multiple times and will go again. The quality of Shisha is excellent, staff knows what they are doing/offering, the choice reaches far beyond the menu and you can get quite custom made stuff. Decent choice of alcohol. Board games available if you want to play some. Few tables have PS4 with some good vs games, like injustice and worms3d, but they are for a bigger...
