Don't get me wrong, coffee was great, sandwich was tasty, service was adorable. Low score goes to the owner who didn't organised this place properly. Right now most of the tables are empty, outside there's huge queue of people but noone is servicing them because the cashier is helping the staff to clean dishes - it's so inefficient! I'm not blaming the staff because I can clearly see that they're working on 110% of their capabilities. People are working hard but money are floating outside because of ineffectiveness. I have been visiting this place regularly for 2 years now and have never been disappointed yet. Huge selection of vegan sweets as well as salty snacks. The best matcha in Torun, I especially recommend the orange matcha or matcha latte! Very pleasant atmosphere and the staff are generally very open and helpful. A big plus for the long opening hours even at the weekend. I remember trying the vegan lavender cake there once, it was brilliant! I hope I get the chance to try it there again one day. The scrambled eggs we received were not like the ones seen in photos, we had flat folded pieces of egg with far too much butter, we came because pictures showed fluffy healthy looking portion of eggs. So perhaps bit more consistency and stickers on boards when items are unavailable so you arent queuing for nothing. Otherwise nice setting good music just a tad loud with the coffee...
