The place was recommended by family friends. Given that there were almost 8 of us with children we made a reservation in advance which was a good move because you can see that this place attracts customers, especially since they only have one big table. There is a garden from what I remember it's probably 4 tables. You can pay by card, they have an interesting selection of strong Georgian spirits and wines. Very good cuisine, really very tasty Georgian food. Portions just right, not too big not too small. Very good lemonades and Georgian beer. The biggest drawback, for which they should get one star less is the toilet, there is only one and it's coeducational which makes it better not to wait until the last moment because it may end up not very interesting. I'm not downgrading because I just don't know if it's a matter of lack of space or the presence of city toilets nearby that caused this state of affairs. In summary, it is worth visiting this place and trying everything, remembering that we go to the toilet when it is free, not...
Read moreWalked in for dinner. We got the tasting menu for 2, meat version. Easily enough food for 4! Everything was delicious and unique, as we've not had Georgian food before. The beet, nut and garlic appetizer was spicy and tasty. The beef and pork dumplings were very good, the spicy beef soup was indeed spicy. The stewed beef was the best I've ever had, and the caramel layered cake excellent. English menu available and the very friendly staff spoke English well. Quiet, and comfy chairs....
Read moreI have never tried dishes from Georgia but they all taste good! The girl that served us who speaks English is very friendly and always with a smiley face! Had a great meal there!
For the food: -Khankali is the classic food from Georgia so must try it! Not that bad!
-The spicy soup -Supcharczo is very appetizing! (It's not very spicy for me, more like a tomato soup that kind ).
-Ostri (beef stew) is spicer, tastes very good with the bread!
