Baguette Mi - Banh mi bistro — Restaurant in Warsaw

I have eaten here several times after arriving at Warsaw Central Station from Kyiv. The food is pretty good. The atmosphere is not special. I am giving this one star because the waiter (possible family member as it seems family-owned) told me I could not use the toilet because it was "broken". I told him that I was at the restaurants 3 weeks before and I was also told the toilet was "broken" and that I should walk 200 meters to the Metro Station to use the toilet. I then asked him, "where do you use the toilet?" and then he admitted that it was working but there is some rule against using it. I asked him why he lied to me and I told him it was bad business to lie to customers and then I walked out. I will not return.

Baguette Mi needs to really think about how they communicate with customers. If allowing customers to use their toilet is really a problem, then they should communicate this clearly and probably put a sign up that say this. Baguette Mi also needs to understand that a working, clean toilet is a mandatory feature of any restaurant. And if they are too cheap to build a toilet in their own restaurant, they should make an arrangement with the restaurant across the street for customers to use their toilet. It's...

Fast and very kind service. Waitress speaks English and helped me translate the menu. I also asked for extra vegetables with my meal and wanted to add tapioca balls into my cold fruit tea and she gave me both of those extras for free! Was hangry and low on energy beforehand but this simple generosity was very much appreciated. Thank you! The food was also tasty, although my rice and chicken dish was a bit lacking in sauce and not very warm when it arrived in front of me.
