Bar Mleczny Mleczarnia Sienna — Restaurant in Warsaw

PL: Jedzienie w porzadku, ale obsluga.... Przede mną w kolejce stał pan w kryzysie bezdomności. Miał okolo 6-8 zlotych w drobniakach, co z pewnoscia nie starczyloby na obiad ktory zamowil, ale czesc artykulow w menu byla znacznie tansza, wiec na COKOLWIEK byloby go stac (zapytal o to zreszta). Panie mimo to odmowily obsluzenia go, w bardzo kpiący sposob, a gdy zaoferowałam że zapłacę za niego, wydawaly sie bardzo zdegustowane i niezadowolone ze musza jednak przygotowac zamowienie. Pozniej smialy sie z sytuacji, po czym spakowaly panu jedzenie w pojemnik na wynos, mimo ze chcial zjesc w lokalu (pewnie zeby nie psul renomy baru mlecznego :))) Gdy wrocilam z wieksza iloscia jedzenia wydawaly sie szczegolnie rozbawione cala sytuacja, wykazujac zerowy poziom empatii czy jakiegokolwiek zrozumienia. Nie mówię ze mialy dac mu jedzenie za darmo (chociaz knajpa zamykala sie sa godzine a resztki pewnie i tak wyladuja w koszu) ale tego typu zachowanie byli zbedne, nie mowiac o tym ze nie powinno byc dopuszczalne. Skandal.

ENG: The food was fine but the customer service... A homeless man was standing in the queue before me. He had around 6-8 zlotys, which was not enough for a full dinner but enough for some food from the menu, but the ladies refused to serve him. Even when I offered to pay for his food they seemed annoyed that they had to prepare the order. They laughed at the man and packed food in the takeaway box, even though he asked to eat in as if he would be 'too disgusting to use their plates'. They seemed to enjoy the situation that was happening, especially after I came back with some more food for the man. That behaviour was straight up cruelty and I don't understand how they can have ZERO empathy towards another person. I get it, maybe management did not want to share the food for free (even 1h before closing, so the leftover food would be thrown away anyway) but that type of behaviour was unecessary and...

The food is really good, and even though I was here at dinner-time, I waited only about 5 minutes. I highly recommend the „Pierogie with spinach and feta“ (it was so good, I came back a second time ;)). Only thing that wasn’t quite nice was the woman behind the bar, she was somehow very annoyed and unfriendly and the toilet is a disaster. But it‘s fine for...

It would be ok, if not a rude "soviet type" customer service. "Excuse me, do you have Wi-Fi here" - " Yes, we have, but it is a private..." - "Hm... May I use it?" - "No, we don't share the password with customers" ... something like that... In addition, obscene words with Ukrainian accent went from kitchen periodically. I don't recommend this...
