I was an old time customer and a good fan of Mandala, but today from the Manager women I had a bad experience. I ordered the food at 5pm by call . I requested the person who picked the phone to reduce spices, so as the food was for my child, but she told me, she can't change the menu. The way she talked to me was so rude. And I asked to handover the phone to manager, she shouted at me saying she is the manager and she hung up my Phone. I never had experienced this from Mandala before.
