We went to this place with our 4-year-old for a simple treat — some cake, ice cream, and drinks. My child was wearing rollers on his legs, and I was holding onto him as we entered. The way the staff looked at us was the first sign of disrespect, which was already off-putting. I sat my child down in a chair, and my husband was about to order when the staff suddenly told us we had to leave because of the rollers. I was absolutely shocked!
We had been to a restaurant nearby before this, where my child wore the rollers and no one said a word. He was sitting calmly, eating his food, not skating around the place. But apparently, that was too much for this place. You can bring dogs in, but a child with rollers? That's apparently not allowed.
What a ridiculous experience! Never coming back here again.
P.S. I'm writing this after their reply. They were very clear about us leaving the "Cukiernia." What they wrote simply isn't true. It's extremely...
Read moreWe have been to various coffee shops in Warsaw, but this one is the worst. A small dessert for 38 PLN is impossible to eat because of the sour taste (just pure sour cream), the coffee is not tasty. We couldn't even finish the coffee for 21 PLN, we just left it. The ice cream, they didn't even pour a scoop, although we took two scoops. The pistachio ice cream doesn't taste like pistachio. Friends, don't be fooled by the advertising of the establishment, we left 100 PLN in it, but it wasn't tasty at all. The barista is not friendly, when asked if you have an alcohol menu, we were simply told, ask, we will answer. This was our worst experience, although we visit many establishments and this one was specifically visited because of the reviews ((...
Read moreA stylish and welcoming spot for anyone who appreciates quality chocolate and a cozy atmosphere. I ordered a cup of rich, bitter hot chocolate and a couple of their craft chocolate bars—everything was absolutely delicious. The pastries were fresh and beautifully made, and their desserts are on another level. What made the experience even better was the kind and knowledgeable host, who took the time to explain the origins of their beans—sourced from places like Nicaragua and Mexico—and how they turn them into small-batch craft chocolate. They also offer coffee and matcha drinks, which I’ll definitely come back to try. A gem for chocolate lovers and...
