Let's start from the basics Inconsistent opening time, most of the time I have been there, I had to call and ask why you were not opening, you open late and don't update your Google maps data. The food you serve, honestly the food I trust you with is Tibs because that's hard to mess up. I understand you don't have Ethiopian ingredients but your stews are hard to stomach, Ethiopians don't like you but you can fool the whites because they don't know what authentic Ethiopian taste is. On top of that you're expensive. Make it make sense. *Clean your toilets, it is messy in a way that tells me you guys don't clean it, why is dust collecting all over the surfaces? When I say it's messy , I don't mean the type of messy after customers use it but you guys don't clean, most of the times I have been there , there is no tissue paper in the toilet. The sink looks it hasn't been cleaned in a weak, your basket looks messy as well. The tissue issue🙄, not only me but I notice other customers asking for tissues and the way you give tissues is unprofessional. You have 6 tables, place on pack on each. It's a restaurant this things should be accessible without people asking for it. But you serve it as if people are asking you for something extra. You are unapproachable to people. I have eaten injera before but this was my favorite so far! My company (completely new to the cuisine) also loved it! We also had honey wine and coffee and everything was delicious. It's not the cosiest place I have ever been to aesthetically (but they did their absolute best, the layout just isn't optimal) but this is still absolutely fine when they compensate by for example bringing incense out with the coffee. I saw someone in the reviews complain that the injera isn't "fresh enough" because the edges had begun to dry, but as far as I know this occurs rather fast...

The food here is incredible, way better than I expected. I had high expectations and honestly thought it might disappoint me, but the Ethiopian dishes here are hands down some of the best I’ve ever tasted.
