Kraken Rum Bar — Restaurant in Warsaw

The place has a nice atmosphere, interesting decoration, and they usually play great music. It's a good place to meet people, too. I'm giving it three stars because the place lacks something very important: coordination between the three bars inside, which are managed independently.

I'm a regular, and usually have the same drink, so I know the price range. I went there with a friend the other day, and asked for my regular drink at the bar in the middle of the place. I instantly realized that they didn't even have a clue how to fulfil my order: they didn't know where the bottle was, nor which cup to use. They eventually poured it into a fancy cup (which is not usual), and looked at me strange when I asked them to put ice to it, since the bottle was room temperature (it should be served chilled). To make matters worse, they charged me almost double tnhe price for it.

I challenged the price with the two waitresses, who were young, new, untrained; they consulted with each other and showed clear signs that they had no idea what they were doing. I just carded it, and left that bar angry. But to confirm my understanding, I ordered the same drink just half an hour later at the bar on the right side of the place, without telling them what had happened. The bartender knew perfectly how to prepare it, which glass to use, put some ice to it, and used two measures of the bottle (which is the usual way to do it. One of the better places to hang out. Insane policies on reservations. My friends and I wanted to reserve a table. They said we'd have to pay 2k for a reservation. Either say you don't hold tables at all or be reasonable. What the hell was that is beyond me. We ended up coming hours before the meeting to sit by a table and make sure we have one big enough. Till today i had a very good opinion about ghis place but we arrived at 23:50 on google it says they close at 01:00 during the week. And before we went in somebody stops us from the personel and tell us last round is already been made we are forced to leave the place and go somewhere else bar called pacific bar i mean 01:00 closing time and u do the last round 23:50 come on if u dont wanna work just dont work dont tell us in front of the place when u chat with your friends.
