Earlier I ordered this sushi for delivery and it was always fine, very delicious. But few days ago I decided to order with takeout from the restaurant and made an order on the website. After this, the website showed me “please wait till our team will contact you”, they called me 2 minutes later but I was at work that is why didn’t pick up and called them 1 minute later. I was on the line for 7 minutes and always was first in the queue, but no one answered me. So I thought maybe they have another customer on the line and will call me after. I waited for 30 minutes, nobody called me and I decided to go to the restaurant actually to ask how much time do I need to wait till my order will be done. The response I received - “your order is not active, we don’t have it”. I asked multiple times how it can be possible if they really called me and I tried to call them - no one picked up. The answer I got “we don’t have your order and if you want we can make it but it will be ready in 3 hours”. This is how they totally ruined my evening that day, I spent a lot of time waiting, instead of this any other restaurant could made me my order. And this is what happened, I contacted another sushi restaurant and picked up my order 40 minutes later. Read moreI fell for quite cheap prices and was intrigued by tough availability of the place. But I was lucky to book a table for the same evening. Though we were given 1,5 hour to spend in there. When we got there the service probably seemed to be nice, but I had a feeling like we couldn’t relax and enjoy because the waitresses were pacing around like bees and looking at tables with eyes looking for who to get rid of. Thanks for letting us sit for 2,5 hrs though! But we were weirdly asked if we had been warned about reservation duration and that we should free the table. Mixed impressions. Coming to food, it was very average. Our ‘no rice’ sushi were very big, so we could hardly place to mouth and chew them. And the sushi are said to be based on Tamago — Japanese omelette, while I felt like I was eating a pancake (naleśnik) with fish and vegetables. Tamago tastes completely different. Tempura shrimps we ordered as a starter tasted worse than the sauces accompanying them. Though the shrimps were of a big size but it felt like fried watery something. The location is really unfortunate, far from any bus/tram/metro stop and in a place that is barely lighted at night; very creepy. Inside, the place looks cozy, but after a while I started feeling cold. I have asked if it was possible to increase the temperature but I was answered that the place didn't had any temperature control in the area where my table was. Menu is very essential, no fancy writings, no pictures, no symbols for gluten free. Food instead was tasty and fresh. Some sushi pieces are huge and difficult even to insert in the mouth.
