Bella Napoli — Restaurant in Warsaw

It’s fine. So we were pretty desperate when we got here. All the other restaurants were closing and would not seat my friends and I. Even though they were closing in 1 hour. We were promptly seated and our orders were taken quickly. During this time my friend requested bottled water. The waitress had trouble understanding my friend. Once the waitress finished taking our orders we overheard the wait staff joking about our friends pronunciation of “water”. While not a big deal, it’s still unprofessional to make fun of customers when they are in ear shot. Following that our food arrived, cooked well (not burnt or underdone). We enjoyed our pizzas and pasta. No complaints on that front, but nothing to brag about either. Everything with our bill was correct and we paid with card. Upon leaving I, once again, overhead the staff joking about the way my friend speaks. I guess this is just how the staff here behaves in front of customers. Not professional and rather distasteful. The worst experience of my life. Me and my fiancée entered the restaurant on 03.07.2021 at 7:30 pm and we ordered the simplest pizza to make (Margarita Pizza). The manager told us to wait for 25 mins. After waiting for nearly 45 mins, we saw the waiter delivering food to people who came 30 mins after us. After asking the waiter multiple times, “where is our food?” and after hearing “pls give us 5 mins sir” I went inside and asked the manager that “it has been 60 mins already, should we go home and order something? Because even a food delivery is quicker than this”

Our order came after 70 long minutes! I urge everyone reading this, not to ever go to this restaurant. The worst service ever and they didn’t...

Tragedia!!! Począwszy od obsługi, kończywszy na jedzeniu. Zastanawia mnie tylko dlaczego BELLA NAPOLI (jako sieć restauracji) nie kontroluje tego co się dzieje w poszczególnych lokalach. Inne lokalizacje 5/5 ! Pyszne jedzenie, miła obsługa, prawdziwa włoska pizza!!! Natomiast lokal przy ul. Kolejowej to jakieś nieporozumienie. Zamówiłam pizzę Francesine, jadłam ją wielokrotnie w Bella Napoli, ale pierwszy raz w tym lokalu. W ogóle to była moja pierwsza wizyta w Bella na Kolejowej. Otrzymałam pizzę... Patrzę... Myśle sobie „Francesina na sosie pomidorowym?” Ok, biorę kartę, jeszcze raz sprawdzam, może w tym lokalu jest inne menu. Ale nie, jest identyczne jak w pozostałych lokalach, wiec pytam grzecznie kelnerkę o co chodzi, bo zamawiałam coś innego. Na co Pani olewczo odpowiedziała ze u nich jest tak i że jest sos pomidorowy i taki musi być. Dodam, że w menu nie ma nic o sosie pomidorowym w tej pizzy, jest to tzw. pizza na białym sosie. Pani miała gdzieś, że coś zrobili nie tak. Mąż zamówił pizzę Capri na której szybka parmeńska to był dramat. Obie smakowały jak tania pizza na dowóz, z pierwszej lepszej sieciówki. Niczym nie przypominała włoskiej pizzy jaką znam z Bella Napoli z innych lokalizacji !!! Podsumowując, BELLA NAPOLI jak najbardziej na tak (Sadyba, Francuska, Marki, Bródno SUPER), ale ten lokal na ul.
