order to be taken, but I did ask for time! At one point though, I did think my waiter had gone on holiday. Bubbles on arrival are of a good quality, but the wheat beer, no thanks! Beef tenderloin only available in medium!! As it was sous vide, I asked why was it cooked to such a high level, answer, that's how people most like it!! (go under and bring to medium if that is the required cook!) The amuse at the start was ok, lacked a bit of depth, that was needed to get the taste buds warmed up!! Then came the appetizer, shrimp and chorizo, poor, cold serving bowl, which soon cooled everything else, the chorizo wasn't the best quality and could of been cooked more to render out the fat. That alone 3/10. Round 3, guinea broth and veal dumplings, I'll start with the score before it gets too cold, again a cold bowl. 6/10 but by the time of finishing, I could of scored it a 4/10 due to its tepidnes. Waiter just came to me and asked how long would I like to wait before the main was served, a nice touch. The main arrives!! Again cold plate, but the wine I ordered too warm!! On the plate, cold carrots Luke warm beef cooked medium as stated. The quality of the beef tenderloin is in question, not the best. dish 4/10. Read moreWe stopped at this restaurant for coffee and snacks in the evening. We sat outside and there was one server working and catering to the 4-5 occupied tables outside. I have never ever ever witnessed a server at a restaurant treat customers the way this server treated members of my family! He was straight up rude, disrespectful, and thankless. We asked the server to warm up a cup of coffee as it was cold - not even warm and without saying anything he picked up the coffee with such an attitude that half of it spilled on the table cloth. He came back after warming up the coffee and placed it on the table, again with so much force, that some more fell on the table cloth and without saying anything he left. There were a bunch of other occasions when he was utter disrespectful and I was shocked to see this kind of behaviour!
