A strand of hair was found in the döner, which is entirely unacceptable in any food establishment. Instead of offering an apology, the staff responded dismissively, insisting it was not their responsibility.
As a frequent customer, I expected a higher standard of hygiene and professionalism, but this experience has permanently changed my perception of the restaurant.
