Me and friend of mine visited to SPICY KEBAB & GRILL and encountered a serious issue with food hygiene. A strand of hair was found in the döner, which is entirely unacceptable in any food establishment. Instead of offering an apology, the staff responded dismissively, insisting it was not their responsibility.

As a frequent customer, I expected a higher standard of hygiene and professionalism, but this experience has permanently changed my perception of the restaurant. It is clear that hygiene and sanitation are not priorities here, which raises significant concerns for anyone considering dining at this establishment.

Right at the entrance, there's a QR code on the counter asking you to leave a Google review, which is a bit ironic considering they don’t allow any photos of the interior. The staff speaks English, which I appreciated. You can’t take the kebab in a bun to go – you have to eat it there. I tried the maxi kebab and honestly, it could feed a whole family.
