Sultan Club — Restaurant in Warsaw

Updating my previous negative/sarcastic review about the service from "miss ola"(who thank god and i wish her the best in life, no longer works here) i have been constantly noticing a really commendable job/service (the whole staff also)but mainly from 'KATIA' Georgian girl !! Being from the gastronomy industry, every small details counts, from showing to work on time and preparing the bar, taking care of the clients. Its just amazing to see such a good and honest dedication towards the profession. And i respect professionalism, KATIA (not trying to sound anti-feminist or something) but being a girl, she handles guys double her size and that too being professional. And ISA and KAROLINA always welcomes you with a smiling face! Despite they both work during the toughest hour, still they manage to be serve new clients with a happy and warm-welcoming face. Hard to find people like these! Staff like this makes the standard of Sultan Club very high! Super happy and being a customer since 4 years, feels good to be treated with soo much respect and professionalism! Kuddos to the team and sorry for the long text! My friend got burnt by a charcoal after "regular customers" caused a mess and destroyed a shisha on the table next to us. They were generally obnoxious from the moment they arrived and there was really no much reaction from the manager, who was at the next table (until they broke the shisha)

If you want proof then look for burnt marks upstairs, on the left.

These customers were also making unwanted sexual advances towards personel and other patrons!

Drinks are (too) high in alcohol and usually unbearable. Prices are quite high as well, but that's to be expected in the centre of Warsaw.

The only positive is that we got one free drink after the situation, however we had to pay for the rest anyway. (3 drinks and shisha)

Terrible night, terrible place - will not...

First of all I want to start by saying that this club does not deserve any stars if there is an option to reduce it I would gladly do so. Horrible, the service from start to finish was not good. Shisha was HORRIBLE 🤮 paid 80 Pln and waited almost 1 hour, and when we received the shisha it was not charged enough there was no smoke, flavour test was awful 🤮. We were told it will be fixed soon and again we waited 30 minutes and asked three times the manager did nothing, she didn't communicate clearly and didn't say she would send someone to fix that. Finally, we decided to leave the place. A total of 350 PLNs was wasted. It would be great of doing a charity instead of spending...
