KFC Warszawa Zodiak — Restaurant in Warsaw

I went to this KFC and I order a menu. When I pick my order they give me a cup to refill and I’ve asked if I can have water. They told me that the cup is for refill and no for a bottle of water. I told them that I didn’t saw that and it wasn’t specify that the water was not included on the refill. For me it was every drink’s and especially I cannot drink soda… They refused to change me my drink cause apparently they’re not allowed to change it. So I’ve asked them if I please can have water from the faucet and they say no multiple times. They refused to fill me water on the cup even from the faucet… That’s ridiculous. Their were talking in Polish so I couldn’t understand. When I say I’m about to share my experience to KFC to know why they didn’t specify that the water isn’t included on the menu (cause we’re not all soda drinkers..) then the girl gives me a bottle of water while the guy was telling me « No we can’t change you your drink we’re not allowed to »

I mean come on even when I’ve picked my plate the girl wasn’t even nice or smiling or whatever. That’s so sad to behave like that when I did nothing wrong but to come enjoy a meal in KFC…...

This turned out to be one of the nicest KFC joints I have been to. The chicken was extremely juicy. Burgers and buckets are worth trying. Food as such was Finger lickin' good. They also had a free to choose drinks section. Service was quite fast and staff was courteous. Prices were moderate compared to KFC in general. Payment is possible by card and cash. In case you wish to pay by card, you can place your order quickly. Crowd mainly was from offices around the place. There is a lot of seating place available. I was not satisfied with the service because an employer who was accepting my order did not respond to English language. Instead of providing an answer in English language she started her response in Polish language which is not my native language and did not understand the full concept of her answer. Futhermore she has divided my request in separate ordered things, due to this reason I had to pay more than regular customers in Poland would pay. I hope that Head of human resources of KFC will rwad this review and take some actions because it is very unsatisfying experience for a regular customer of KFC wordwide.
