Rajskie Ogrody — Restaurant in Wrocław

On our vacation journey throughout Poland, most of the dining experiences were more than satisfactory, but this well run culinary operation definitely surpasses them all. From the moment we walked into this fine establishment, we felt like at home. We didn't have a reservation, so it is expected to wait a little. While waiting, we observed how smoothly this restaurant was run. Great open kitchen concept, front house team works hand in hand with the culinary team. It is like listening to a fine concert tune. Everything is well coordinated. We were served delicious meals. Rosol was divine, and the main entree was served with the most tender and flavourful chicken breast filet along with Yukon gold pureed potatoes that melted in your mouth. This delectable entree was complemented by a combination of two salads mastered to perfection. Both surowkas were freshly crafted. I personally loved the fresh coleslaw served with cucumbers, fresh dill, and red onion that have been gently folded into fresh yogurt or perhaps sourcream. Shredded beets were also delicious. It is quite evident that the culinary team has given us a wonderful meal to remember. We were very impressed with our hostess Olecia and her supportive team for their friendly and welcoming...

Unique location and everything appears set up to provide a lovely experience but the service is just awful. It was only after visiting that I read so many reviews highlighting the extremely poor attitude of the staff.

On the occasion I visited, I stood around not knowing if I should take a seat or wait to be seated as the waiter buzzed about. No problem, so I decided to head inside to look at a menu instead. I greeted the lady behind the counter...she could barely bring herself to respond, as if affronted. Whilst looking at the menu a bearded gentleman, the manager I presume, asked me what I wanted...all whilst eating an ice cream (not a good look, especially when leaving part of it in said beard). He instructed me to wait outside...I subsequently found a table and waited and waited but without luck. It then became apparent that the manager and waiter were sitting around a table indoors...chatting away merrily with little inclination to serve anyone. At this point I decided to leave.

So, an utter waste of my time...such a bad look. Don't take the unique location and willingness of the customers to enjoy this experience for granted. Showing such indifference will only result in similarly...

Customers are less important than time when waiters are finishing their work. One before closing waiter don't care much about customers. No one gaves us a menu or asked about our needs. We had to order in a rush. We just wanted a simple ice-cream, nothing more. The waiter said that we cannot choose flavor by ourselves, the person who will prepare the ice-cream is the one choosing the flavorus. We ordered without cream, and we got with. The amount of ice-cream that we were served was just surreal, ot was two huge glasses, impossible to finish.

Moreover, the price was just crazy . Just ice-cream for two person with horrible serve we had to pay 50 PLN. Usually it should be arround 20 - 25 max.

Last, but not least restaurante don't have its one bathroom. The only one, which customers can use you have to pay extra.

The only good thing is view, but this is not enough to vist this place. Don't waste your time and...
