Elizium. Residence — Restaurant in Wrocław

This review is as of 20.12.23. On entrance the menu (from QR) had drinks - hot, cold and alcohols. We ordered a cup of cappuccino and silver needle tea. The silver needle tea served to us was unlike the famous and revered silver tea. Plus the cup it was served in was hotter than tea. I was provided with a separate thermos (green flask in the pic) with hot water in it, so as to keep replenishing the tea brewing cup! Thoughtful, but the brewing cup doesn't hold the tea leaves in water for minutes - it just lets the water to.pass through the tea leaves. A discussion with the server about the tea type went such that I was made to believe the tea leaves served are from China and indeed silver needle, and thats it. I didn't argue. Thereafter I checked the Internet again which only reinstated my understanding that the tea offered at the shop is not silver-needle. Cappuccino was not commendable even to an average extent. So, I give the lowest scores for the edibles offered. The place offers sheeshaa and hookah also, which in the compact size of this place retains the pungent smell of all the highs smoked. Overall, unsatisfied and would not recommend this place, untill the owners or the chefs of the place potentially start taking the critical part of their shop - serving the edibles...

One of the best and beautiful place to smoke Shisha in the Wroclaw.

Decoration is wonderful. All Shisha men has professional manner especially Denise (He is so kind, he has always smile and try to make an interaction with customers. It’s appreciated). The youngest waitress is also kind and has a good behaviour but the another one has NOT.

I have found here recently and My friends and I were there 3 times during last 10 days. Last night 8th March, 2023 around 11PM I went there alone to smoke Shisha, She told me "There is no free table", I saw 2 free place next to the Bar. I told her, "Can I sit there?", she said "… umm.. No! They are also reserved" I said "OK" and I left the place and at the same time, I tried to call and make a reservation. On the phone I said "Do you have a free table?", He said, "There are only 2 places next to the Bar", I said "OK. Please reserve it for now, I’m coming."

The Question is: Why did she do like that? She had aggressive manner with us all the 3 times we visited. That is why I put only 2 stars ranking. This place is amazing but she destroyed this...

Unexpectedly! We came from the Netherlands for holidays, and been were very surprised to find your Elizium you have nice service but as we realized it didn't last long, in one week me and my friends came 3 times, two of them- everything was great and the third time we refused (because one of us was not 18, but no one ever checked the documents❗️, not the first two times, not the 3 times as well...) Two times before: we talked to all the waiters and two different guys who made hookah, I quote my words " it's really cool here and you feel like at home." Despite the nice people there, I and my company will never go back to this place. Please decide whether you can drink lemonade for someone who is 17 and whether you can order hookah for someone who is 24, or throw up your hands and say well... well... we don't know. And, the guy is a waiter with short shoulder-length hair who worked on the evening of August 02.2024. "Well, then we'll make an exception." It's very interesting how you choose who to exclude and who not. You are a very big disappointment .. and thank you for leaving us in...
